It felt obvious that he was putting up an act when he confessed to her since it was so sudden. Too bad she ended up thinking he loved her for real but at least he got "splashed" in public lol. I'm probably in the minority here but I wasn't really impressed by episode one. To be blunt, it felt really stupid lol. I plan to watch another 1-2 episodes to see what its like since I don't like judging things based on a single episode but that's my initial thought on it.

Episode 1 of Bahamut was okay, but considering how many other shows I'm already watching this season, I haven't felt compelled to continue it. Its definitely no Build Fighters.

I would suggest watching the second episode Sent. It'll give you more of a taste of what the episode to episode plot will be like. I can agree it's not amazing but it is a bit different.

Will be maratoning Akame till the end so yeah 6 more weeks... stopped at ep 15.
Queued to watch PP2, Fate, Grisaya and last 2 episodes of shingeki no kyojin then maybe ill pick something up from this season

Bahamut is slightly over hyped because technically it's just a regular fantasy series. However, it's also showing that a good fantasy series can be really excellent with the great animation thus far. Gives the characters more life and is more enjoyable to watch.

lol, without losing quality... Anyway, 10bit has been the anime standard for what, 2 years now? Unless you are trying to watch anime on your phone or something, IDK why you would need to re-encode.

There is an A+ voice cast... The two mains are Yoshino Hiroyuki and Shimizu Risa, and then you have Miyukichi, Kitaeri and a bunch of others. And by overhyped I mean you guys are hyping it way too much for people who have yet to see it. I only started watching it because of you guys rambling on and on about it, and while I think it's good the animation is certainly not especially great (it's quite par for the course in terms of what's 'good', something like UBW is what you'd call amazing) and personally I would not rate it in the top three of this season, but ofc that's just my opinion.

Also, this series is a 2-cour (uh oh). Im cautious whenever PA Works does 2 cour. The first cour they usually deliver, then second cour they kinda run out of steam. NagiAsu proved me wrong in this case but Hanasaku Iroha still left a bad taste in my mouth.
Overall I think PA Works is getting better. So I can be a little more optimistic than usual.
Edit: I like Bahamut just fine. I would rate it as the same enjoyability as Nanatsu. Take that with a grain of salt.
