Inb4 comes back second cour. + Show Spoiler [Aldnoah] + I am not totally convinced either but at the end of ep10 it showed that his Aldnoah driven Kataphrakts (Tharsis) was powered down, which is proof that he is dead because ep11 explained that the only way to power down an Aldnoah driven machine is either the owner dies or force shut down by a royal blood member | ||

There could be potential royal member that shares the same goal as those Orbital Knights, or rather he/she is the one backing behind those Orbital Knights to assassin the Princess and go to war with Earth. Even with a smallest chance, I do hope for Count Cruhteo come back though. Gonna be sick plot twist with some godly power. It actually reminds me of Jeremiah in Code Geass, who came back with anti-geass ability and then side with Lelouch. In anime, someone isn't confirmed dead unless we get a corpse. In fact, if there is no corpse, its all the more reason to believe that they are alive. There is one famous character from a certain Mecha anime, whose robot got stabbed through the torso with a giant sword, and then his nuclear robot exploded into a nuclear explosion, and he came back a few episodes later and became the new main character. And that wasn't even the first time the guy exploded and came back to life, either. | ||

OK well I'll say this. His body got disintegrate by an energy sword so it's possible he's still a soul floating around that will attach itself to a new body. If anything maybe when Inaho revived the princess he had already taken over that body so in fact the princess is dead while the Count lives on. | ||
