EDIT - Ouran falls under the moe category a little, no? At least the anime adaptation, manga is still straight up shoujo category imo. Well, I don't really think so, since it centers around a bunch of guys and a boyish girl.those are some matured anime that you watched there :O... nana is for girls but the rest are really good :D And Ouran? ;DFor Bartender, you might be better off searching for the mangas from the mangaka, he focuses on that type of iyashi-kei stuff and tends to have a ton of neat things involving liquor Thanks for the term iyashi-kei! Never came across that one. It's really difficult to find the manga Sommelier, however. And the spinn-off Sommelière has only two chapters, as far as I know. | ||

Oh, I don't know about translation status since I just read them raw, Sommelier is like 6 vols and Sommeliere is 8 and ongoing? The 'healing genre' doesn't really make sense in English, but applies to stuff like Aria and Bartender. | ||

I really like the term healing genre or iyashi - I was at loss earlier to describe this relaxing atmosphere of Bartender. Aria, hmm. I was asking in this thread once before for recommendations and someone was mentioning Aria. I tried it but couldn't stand all those girls. | ||

One of the first manga's I read and I really enjoyed it Pretty sure the Anime is good too (I hope) as for Romance drama, an obvious choice would be Air if you haven't watched it yet | ||

seriously, they made that anime freaking long ago and its like a prediction of our future: facebook, twitter.... a large community will sooner or later "group" up into 1 identity while each member losing there individualism day by day.... or you can watch Doraemon..... (ask me why, go ahead...) | ||

Never watched more than the first couple of episodes since it's not my kind of bread and butter, but I thought it was good for it's genre and it was quite successful as well. For romantic comedy I can recommend you Lovely Complex, a comedy about a short guy and a tall girl and their way to love~♥ | ||

The only song I would partially agree on would be HSoD theme song. And why in the world would you choose that song from Angel Beats! When the opening piano song is clearly superior to it in every possible way? Part 2 was better. A few songs I liked. | ||
