Wasn't the first OG run for SRT a flop? Then again OG1 was far inferior in comparison to OG2 imo.
EDIT - Also, C78, I want my umineko kthx.
OG2's story is strong enough to do a good anime, and they aren't using shitty CG animation like they did with the first series (to my knowledge, at least). It really has alot of potential, it just requires them to not screw it up, and to give it decent production value.

Fall season doesn't really look too interesting except for Tegami Bachi 2(hopefully no more fillers) and Arakawa 2.

ookami-san this week is worthed to give it a try. much better than the previous others but still a little bit slow. After this week i will drop it but i cant deny the fact that this week ep was good

Overrated isn't synonymous with bad, but that doesn't mean an overrated show can't be bad.

Well, I read the first three chapters of the first novel (translation on the fourth chapter seems to be making no progress T_T) and whatever's been scanlated from the manga, and it seems like it's not bad. It helps that I'm not opposed to sister characters either...

Mystlord, here is an easy way to think of it. They crammed a slice of life adventure a la Slayers into Legend of Galatic Heroes and made the two share time 50-50.
Stuff doesn't get serious till past mid of part 1 of long novels lol, if we can call the events there serious rather that Ferris beating people into submission.
For the record I thought it was hilarious when the pair just decided to run from the dragon and abandon everyone else there, it was also just standing there not doing a thing though. Also, I want them to do the short story where the two tries to woo a neighboring country's princess into giving them a relic from the Yuusha.

8D. I wonder if the monster/hero's relic from episode 1 is still sprawling around somewhere.
Give Soul Eater a try. D. Gray-man is pretty standard affair as far as shounen goes, don't know what you're looking for specifically.

In novels that thing got 1hko'd and everyone got washed away from a stream.
On the matter of things from the short stories to do, Raina forced to crossdress and act as a prostitute was pretty funny, especially since it involved a butler Shion and a maid Ferris. Umm what else...everything involving Raina's past is like 10 times more interesting than present, so those are cool too. Then the hospital incidents where the trio gets forced to go rehab are all pretty funny too, though that's semi part of main story.
