Not sure I wanna be recommending people IS. You could put harem shows to romcom, drama or whatever, I don't think it needs its own category. But to be honest, I'm not sure if it's even worth the effort to make a new chart. The /a/ chart is pretty good, you could just replace and add some stuff if you must and be done with it.
Uhm, that's how we came up with the chart that's in the modnote. But now it's outdated so I'm gonna update it. We're not making a totally new chart, just updating it.

You guys might be right though, any Harem can just be thrown under whatever secondary category it also falls under.

If someone asked you what HighSchool DxD is you'd answer "it's kind of an actions show" because you think that's the major point of the show? Pretty sure you'd get veeeeeeery strange looks from people who don't know what it is after they finished it or even just gave it a try.

idk man, if a friend of mine asked me what Highschool DxD is I'd probably try to not answer and if friend in question would keep on asking, for whatever reason, I'd probably say it's softporn or ecchi depending on how much person in question knows about anime.

DxD is definitely harem before action, although it definitely turns up the action a LOT later on.

IDK if DxD gets animated, the parts that Toad mentioned are actually the worst part of it and can be ignored much easier in the LNs. Which is why I love the LNs but never got into the anime.

The anime sold pretty well, i could see a season three being produced. I primarily watched the anime to see the fights animated, especially the

Starting jojo at part 7 is a terrible idea because half the enjoyment comes from throwbacks. Be a man and read from part 1 (or 3 if you watched the anime). Failing to read the previous parts is a great way to invalidate the best twist of part 7.
I disagree with sent on break blade. The manga story is better than what they did in the movie for two main reasons: Girge and the final battle. I will concede that the anime's depiction of scenes is far superior to the manga though, because half the time I can't tell what's going on in the manga's battles. So both have their merits.

If you can't tell whats going on in a mecha battle, then something is wrong. This goes for both anime and manga. And Break Blade's battles in the anime are amoung Mecha anime's best. Speaking of charts, Break Blade probably deserves a spot in there somewhere too, lol
