It has it up to chapter 51. I havent been able to find anything translated after that, so im hoping some groups out there hurry up and finish it.
Only torrent site i can get onto is bakabt.com here in Iraq and they dont have a download for it . Anyways, i still suggest reading it. Specially if u liked Nana to Kaoru.
Next time just go on google and type, "Read 'manga name' " and you'll be bound to find atleast 1 site that has it. Majority of time..

lol I'm @ chapter 10 it's like can't put it down guess im reading 5 volumes tonight
+ Show Spoiler [nonspoiling lol] +HMMMMM SWEET TEARS ![[image loading]](http://i30.tinypic.com/143p0dt.jpg)
update: @ vol5, goddamn it's a ride. but somehow it's predictable? It's like, they get closer, then stray apart, rinse repeat. you just never know how far it's gonna go before it goes wrong.
also, who the hell is the mystery man? + Show Spoiler [spoilers I guess] + he's introduced as an old acquaintance but like, seems like they have sex? it'd be rather odd to ask about her period if they didn't...but why is she crying when there's money on the table and he says like "hopes can be cruel"? my theory is like, enjo (援交)? her parents are never there (was she really lying when she said to Hideo's family that she didn't have parents then was like "loljk" when she was walking in the park shrine place thingy?). Dude looks like he's rolling in a Benz so he's most def wealthy. it's almost rage inducing then again it's not like she didn't tell him she would never make him come but it's rather bitchy that she teases him always saying she likes being with him and shit (which makes him even more in love with her cause he thinks he'll be able to change his mind) and lol @ the wax scene. that was unexpected.

Onani Master Kurosawa realy amazing , everyone should read it

k finally @ chap 51 for Sundome I was wrong about a new group picking it up, Ascension translated 48-51 but stopped because "case-DCP" has the translated vol1-6 in HQ
but the odd thing is looking for case-DCP brings you to filestube queries for that group and their site doesn't come up rofl after some snooping I found that Comics Invasion could be "case-DCP" as they have hotfiles/RS links to vol 1-6 (and an entry for vol6 only which has case-DCP in the name) here. As seen on this site, vol 6 was scanned and released in Dec '09 (which fits the timeline more or less). The wiki page for the manga says that vol7 will be released in Aug '10 and the final volume will be released in Dec '10
if I get a scanner by that time, I'll get it and release it as an exclusivity for TL yeye.
edit: just finished downloading vol6, it's legit.

Agreed. It has some psychological depth (which is kinda unexpected, given the title) which makes it very interesting.
Oh, and I heard Sora no Woto will have two OVAs, one of which will be episode 7.5, but what about the other one? o_o

Oohhhhh u tore that manga up Sweet, it was pretty good eh? :D

if you'd read up to 51, reading vol6(ends @ ch58) till the end will make you crave for more edit: k actually scratch that, it's not really a cliffhanger (although the last pages are hilariously wrong) it's like an eerie feeling that everything will go wrong because the last chapters felt right and I think vol7 will be batshit insane considering everything that happens in vol6
re-edit (cause I'd feel lolbad to double post):
just watched Seitokai Yakuindomo ep2 and uhh where I was full of praise and lols for ep1 ep2 was bad compared to it it just didn't punch 4koma style not quite.
the only bit they didn't butcher was an exact replica of one of ch4's 4koma (didn't bother screencapping cause it's the same): + Show Spoiler [original] +
ep2 pretty much takes all it's content from ch4 whereas ep1 took from ch1-3 (which makes ep1 more packed with lulz and ep2 more drawn out with downtime)
I'd say ch4>ep2 somehow, but yaknow, I prefer manga over anime (lolsorry anime thread!) so I'd suggest reading it hmkay?

Almost finished catching up with all the stuff I missed today. From the looks of things, it's a very hit and miss season, though it's only been 1/2 episodes for each show. So far though, looks like Mitsudomoe will be my first drop of the season, with Shukufu no Campanella looking like a possible quick second drop. Asobi ni Iku yo! was dropped before I even watched the thing.
Nothing I've seen this season has just blown me away though. Shiki has great potential, but it'll take more than one set up episode to convince me. Amagami looks completely average. The art and plot in HSotD is atrocious. Legend of the Legendary Heroes has more potential than I thought after watching the second episode. Nurarihyon could be interesting, depending on what the focus of the series will be on. Ookami-san is getting to the super cliche thing, and if episode 2 was based on a fairytale, I have no idea which one it's supposed to be. Seitokai Yakuindomo was interesting in Ep 1, but the extent that it can keep on going like that is in question. Strike Witches 2 looks like it's a solid and consistent show, but it just doesn't match my tastes. Occult Gakuin gave off a "meh" feeling. Will have to see where it goes.

I'm in an even worse rut, I don't find anything worth watching, this season >_>

yeah I have to agree with you it's a huge hit or miss season and most series tend to get mixed reviews (there seems to be no general consensus for one anime in particular aside from the regular HSotD bashing)
where I agree w/ you:
Mitsudomoe: meh, I "kinda" liked ep1 but I guess it's because it reminded me of Kodomo no Jikan (haven't read that in a while) and ep2 just made me cringe. ep3 is gonna be the deal sealer
Ookami-san: twas... yeah I'm giving it one last chance, ep2 was just complete nonsense to me
Amagami SS: average so far, don't really like the protagonist and the current "heroine" is borderline annoying to me but I like the approach of having the other heroines around so it's not like "WELP YOU DIDN'T CHOOSE THE LAST ONE HAVE YOU MET THIS ONE SHE HAS BEEN IN LOVE WITH YOU EVER SINCE YOU HELPED HER THAT ONE TIME YEARS AGO"
Seitokai: just talked about it, came out strong but ep2 was lacking, I don't want a rollercoaster of bad (if ep3 is bad as well I might just sit it out and wait for the manga to be translated since the group who picked it up is actually one of the rare groups who finishes project they start, holy sh!t.)
Strike Witches 2: like you doesn't really suit me but it's not bad
where I don't agree:
HSotD: this gets a looooooot of trash talk and mixed reviews so obviously I want to step up for it, kinda had a rant earlier in this thread about how zombie animes are scarce and quite impossible to pull off as excellent no matter what kind of approach you take. I think it's one of those "turn brain to off" kind of series where you just kick back and lol @ zombies and blood everywhere with the occasional ever so annoying fanservice (are jap otakus actually demanding this?). I personally just want to see the fat guy mow down zombies with his gun and see the fanservice main girl turn into a zombie so the protagonist can blow her to pieces (wishful thinking amirite)
haven't watched the others (kinda plan to watch Shiki, don't know when though) so I can't comment but yeah, this season is baaaaaaaaaaaaad
Working!! s2 kthx.

I won't say that this season is BAD, but every series has an extremely slow start when compared to other seasons. Compared to Spring, where Angel Beats, Arakawa, Yojouhan, Rainbow, etc, all started off with a bang, this season is much slower, with the exception of HSotD and Occult Gakuin.
I think Shiki will end up being a really strong anime, but like Saraiya Goyou and Durarara and Higurashi, it'll need time to build up to that point. Everything else can go either way.
As for HSotD, I know it's supposed to be one of those "turn off your brain" shows, but I just find it really hard to do that. I'm not sure why, maybe it's because of the fanservice or the "urgh" art, or maybe it's because the show is trying fairly hard to make us connect with the characters and the situation they're placed in. I found Strike Witches 2 and Amagami to be much friendlier to the "turn off brain" mentality, but HSotD just isn't cutting it for me. There's enough tension in the series to prevent me from just completely dropping it though.
Of course, the one show that I can count on this season no matter what will be MOYASHIMON LIVE ACTION!
|
Black Lagoon OVA, for me. That's about all I'm happy for I dunno if I'd bother with the LA for Moyashimon as much as I liked the anime.
|
I'm personally looking forward to Cat Shit One so I can finally see rabbit insurgents Moyashimon Live Action? really? o_O I just hope they don't fuck with the CGI too much for the micro organisms
quick note: I don't mean to say this season is BAD bad, it's baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah bad (hence the baaaaaaaaaaad)

Like I've been saying, reading season!
Vol 4 and barely any movement for YuuDenYuu, Southlight. Don't bother, you'll be braindead before it reaches that S from Jade Room. I'll be giving it till vol 6 I guess since our lazy sleeping magician is finally showing something other than the desire to sleep, even if it is a 'something' we've known he has in him.
Anyway, time to start up PD and grab Owari no Chronicle in case this hits vol 6 and still can't satisfy me with more than talks of dango.

On a related note I decided to read Tsukihime (slow year for novels) for the first time in around 10 years. Nowadays my Japanese is better than middle-school level so I'll hopefully be able to get more of it LOL
Edit: omnomnom, I'm so not used to being referred to as Southlight in any anime-ish discussion, hahah.

Thank god there's a show that can replace my weekly GAR fix in place of HSotD.
YUKIMURA!

What sub group is best for the Black Lagoon OVA?
Almost done with Monster+ Show Spoiler [for monster] +Johan's fucking ridiculous character shield is single-handedly going to make me drop my score for this by at least 1 point on MAL. Seriously, I can understand it in some screwball show like Code Geass, but in a show that asks to be taken seriously, having a character stand in front of people with guns who want to kill him, or ask to be killed multiple times, and STILL NOT DIE is absolutely absurd.
