It gives you the ending that people probably expected out of the series. It even opens up with a scene where Shinji is masturbating on a comatose girl. What was the point of that scene again? Its been so long, was it just to show how fucked up Shinji is (as he says after he finishes). Eva once upon a time was among one of my favorite anime. I even owned the entire series and both movies. I sometimes consider checking out the print media and the new stuff they have animated for the series, but lacking that extra motivation to actually do it because I wonder if I really care enough to want to see what they have changed/added/etc. It was a deep scene for deep people exploring deep ideas. But is it 2deep4u? anybody watching Toaru Hikuushi e no Koiuta? + Show Spoiler +Why are they trying to shoot down airplanes with rifles??

Kokoro Connect, I think, is probably for most people at least decent. It seems like the kind of show that is hard to actually dislike, you might not like, but it won't end up fueling any rage rants. And you might really like it. So, I'd say give it a shot.

I just got a ipad. Does anyone watch 10 bit mkvs on their ipad. If so what apps do you recommend. I would prefer a app that doesn't stutter and fully supports all the fancy fonts and typesetting. Free would be the best.

I wasn't much of a fan and I think I dropped it after 4/5 episodes out of a lack of interest. :/

good question, not sure. + Show Spoiler +Maybe they aren't advanced enough to mount guns to shoot from them? At least, that what it seems like but having a flying ship so lol. Doesn't bother me though, just makes the battle harder for them. Either way, I enjoyed the episode. I can't believe how many of the members they have killed so far. I mean, we've lost three of the characters, Mitty, Wolf and forgot name of the pilot that had Wolf with him. We also lost Fausto and while he's not part of the main cast and was more of an enemy so to speak, he's another known name. I wonder how many more we will lose. Hopefully, one or two more at best and the rest survive with wounds or something. That humour between Ari and Kal-el, good stuff lol. I think next episode is going to be the really emotional one. I also want to see what Kal-el does when he finally finds out that Claire is Nina Viento. Gonna be interesting!

So I recently got into Grisaia and finished Amane route and Yumiko route and this VN really surprised me. Especially Amane route which I am still a little shaken from. I then looked up that it is getting an anime adaption but the story seems to have no True Route or a true main heroine. Therefore, I was wondering if there is a true main heroine or who is the heroine that will be the focus of the anime?

If main heroine status is based on suffering levels, then I think JB qualifies.

Hard for me to say, since if my scale ended at Evangelion, most anime I enjoyed would be off the charts.
I'd give it a 7.5/10. The last 4 eps are clearly the best. But if you want to cure the blues, how about watching something... significantly more healing, like Natsume Yuujinchou, Sketchbook or Tamayura...?

I feel like if one liked Kokoro connect then he would enjoy Angel Beats more (albeit they are in different genre but in same high school setting), so I'd recommend to watch AB first. Kokoro Connect started very well but in the mid way i was put off by heavy emotional stuffs (and then luckily towards the end it turns out quite good).
For high school anime nowadays i prefer light-hearted stuffs like bento, baka test rofl. oh and how can i not mention that legendary bouncy zombie high school.

K.Connect is by far my favourite show ever, not the best but definitely my favourite. (and im still torn between Iori&Inaba, i choose harem!)

Watching it right now. It been pretty good so far but it seems like they just keep cycling through supernatural phenomenons. I get how its supposed to be used to develop the characters but after the first two arcs, the third one just seems kinda boring.
