the broadcast order build momentum and is not that hard too hard too figure out. Just a fair warning DO NOT FOR THE LOVE OF IDK WATCH EP 00. The broadcast order was the one they wanted us to watch so i guess you stick with it. But there is nothing wrong witht the chronological order you could also watch it.

I was really angry about this anime and was about to drop it around episode 6 or so DESPITE telling me that I'll watch it no matter how bad it is. That's still before the festival, when it started to get real fucked up relationshipwise and he still was too much a pussy to just tell her that it's over. + Show Spoiler + did he ACTUALLY fuck that otome girl while Katsura was outside keeping watch over that lovers room or did that happen somewhere else? I'm pretty sure it happened in that room and she was on duty all the time... Also the moment when Katsura found him being kissed by Setsuna (yes I have to open up MAL for all the names) was a real big wtf moment. So the girl that went nuts because of him, the girl who still thinks she's his girlfriend, the girl who knows he's cheating on her with someone else finds him being kissed by Setsuna and she tells her to stop because it'd make Sekai, the girl he's cheating with, sad? The fuck?!?

When I dled it, the files were numbered according to the broadcast order so I just watched it not knowing that the series was broadcasted out of order. I was getting really confused as I watched more episodes and just assumed that they did it on purpose and after I finished it in the broadcast order I watched it again in the actual sequence. I would like to say I actually enjoyed trying to figure things out but I don't think its for everyone.

Kore wa zombie desu ka. An anime that is absolutely unwatchable if you're trying to think about it but ridiculously hilarious if you're going through it not caring about wether or not anything makes sense. Try out the first 1 or 2 episodes and see if it's your style. Maybe Nyaruko-san or Neptunia? Those two are just straight up WEIRD parody, but I'd say it's belongs into the brain-off category

+ Show Spoiler + I wasn't really thrown off by either of the endings, and it wasn't because I was spoiled, since I knew about certain things but I didn't know what exactly they meant. Now I under the tang thing more clearly though. Um...overall I think NGE and EoE are pretty solid. Good writing, good direction, and overall had good focus and while its intent might be really polarizing I thought it was good. Up to episode 24 I was enjoying the show pretty well, even though it became clear that they were running out of money for like everything, and the last two episodes really didn't do much to do away with that enjoyment. It was kind of frustrating though to see the final two episodes to pretty much be only still images, weird drawings, and repeated animation, but eh. I liked the story. There's a lot of times where I felt it was trying to be meaninglessly complex at times (or maybe it's just me) but I liked how the episodic element gave us a lot of different stories about the different components of Nerv and the lives of the pilots. Characters were also pretty good. Rei was kind of an emotionless nothing...and was Gendo...but I liked a lot of the other characters or at the very least how they were written. That includes Shinji, Asuka, Misato, Dr. Akagi....Yeah Shinji's a big panzy but at the very least, I like how they supplied plenty of backstory to justify his behavior. It was only until EoE when Shinji was curled up in fetal position and Asuka was getting owned by the other Eva things that I really started to question wtf he was doing. But whatever. I think his 26 + movie character arc was pretty good, so was Asuka's....I liked how Misato wasn't your typical mother figure and it was interesting seeing Dr. Akagi go full emo. lulzzzzz Overall, good show. I had quite a few problems with it, but they weren't particularly glaring to me at least.... Yeahhhh

I thought it was garbage too but that was mainly due to the very unexplained ending. If the ending was executed better, it would be on OK standard imo since the character are interesting and funny (moe moe moe! Kyo Ani, Go Go Go!) but everything else was very generic. I am just curious at what the ending was suppose to be lol.

The manga is something interesting (it was mildly interesting at the beginning and then it gets better since the mid chapters), something that is relatively original and i just need to emphasize again, it is interesting to read. While this anime is a mere a product...for those future moe boat(girls) figures/merchandise....not necessary a bad thing but the anime could definitely be better. My verdict for this anime would be: I feel pity for the potential of this adaption. I guess it is worth a watch if you havent read the manga (already). Hopefully marathoning such a large amount of concentrated garbage won't force me to kill myself. I guess this is what I get for not taking small doses of pain weekly to get them over with.
