He might have met Kanade and fallen in love with her, when she returned to the real world (because she got a new heart). Because of that he turned himself into an NPC and lost (removed?) his memory, only to return as a PC later (which apparently was possible, assuming it was the same technique the shadows used). Remember, just my speculations. A fairly enjoyable show, even though it had some obvious flaws. | ||
