I watched Gargantia, it was a nice little anime but it wasn't terribly mecha, there was a couple of robots around that was about it. And no I don't need to give it a shot, it looks too childish for my liking what is wrong with not liking childish things? You have your taste and I have mine, while it's all fine and well you and some people in TL like it, doesn't make it a must watch for everyone.

It's mostly the plot/character development compared to something top tier like Turn A or Gunbuster.

I was just joking with the twilight thing, stop being dumb about it and I never said the words "Valvrave Twilight" together  . It just didn't look that great to me okay? if it doesn't hook me I don't see why I should keep watching. Titan Really hooked me but I stopped liking it around episode 10 so I guess looking promising is not always a good thing. Me not liking something you like shouldn't affect you so stop acting so butt hurt.

First, Valvrave has "something to do" with MJP because it came out around the same time, they were both mecha, I watched Valvrave first and it didn't hook me so MJP didn't get a chance as a result. Figured the mechas for the season weren't for me.
And the whole reason it looks childish is because they are treating gundams like pokemon or like that stupid anime with the yoyos that fight each other. It just seem really dumb to reduce gundam which are supposed to be these ridiculously powerful machines to plastic figurines kids play with :|. I prefer old gundams and don't like this new direction, sue me.

I can't watch EVERY anime that comes out during a season, usually most animes of the same genre and season share a lot of things. Unless it's something out there and different like Kill or Titan, so if I watch a show don't like it and the other looks like it's too similar I don't bother. I don't have time to watch everything, also animes don't go away, if I don't watch it now because it just didn't seem like my thing maybe someone later will introduce me to it and change my mind. I have to be picky, I try to only watch 4 current animes at once, right now it's Space Brothers, Kill, WA2 and Hunter x Hunter.
