Recommend it for (alternative) mecha fans!! (and those ship girls....) True moeboats anime.

oh wait, there's a manga for Arpeggio? I'll probably give it a go after the anime though!
I have the bad feeling that Takao will try to join with 401 in order to have captain on(in) her... Why couldn't they finish her eh? I guess its the power of friendship! Or maybe incoming harem!

I'm a bit confused about Hokuto. I know they said she's Natsume's shikigami and then said she's a manipulation and that she's a magic user. So, my question is, is Hokuto an actual character? I mean, she's not a summon right? She was just controlled(and working) with Natsume? Or is Hokuto just a summon by Natsume so even though she 'died', she's not dead? We see Natsume with the ribbon at the end of episode 3. I figured that signified that Hokuto=Natsume so that Hokuto was only a summon(sorry, not sure what to call her lol).
Also, if Hokuto=Natsume, does that mean that the emotions she had for Horutora are real? We see that she likes him and gets upset etc... over the kiss saying she's lonely etc... My guess is that Natusme likes him but I just wanted more clarification on these two points above. Btw, who decides to name two characters with such close names. I kept on messing up Hokuto and Horutora seeing as its the first time I see either one ><
On a side note, CGI wasn't too bad. Considering where technology is, felt a bit outdated but it's nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be after reading comments about it here lol. Hokuto. Harutora. Not really similar names at all, especially after you stuff it into Japanese. + Show Spoiler [Tokyo Ravens] +Obviously, Hokuto was just a shikigami, what you don't know for sure is how she functioned. It was explained in greater detail later that Hokuto is basically remote controlled by Natsume, which accounts for how flustered she was when she realized that Touji is coming and that he can in fact see spiritual energy.
As for romantic interest, again, obviously Natsume like Harutora, what with that standard tsundere beharvior and being pissed as fuck about the kiss the day after, lol The CGI isn't good either, placing it in like this just makes it stand out jarringly all the more. It isn't unwatchable, just not particularly pleasant either. Show nested quote +On October 24 2013 15:00 Souma wrote: Freaking opinions. Anyone watching Walkure Romanze? I love impossible armor, and horses attacking Ojou-samas! Also the best scene is lance holding scene.

On October 24 2013 15:00 Souma wrote: Freaking opinions. Why can't we just get rid of them and replace them with alcohol? Recommend it for (alternative) mecha fans!! (and those ship girls....) yes!!!!! I would use the term Apreggio or Ars Nova since it seems more recognizable lol. On October 25 2013 00:26 XenOmega wrote: oh wait, there's a manga for Arpeggio? I'll probably give it a go after the anime though!
I have the bad feeling that Takao will try to join with 401 in order to have captain on(in) her... Why couldn't they finish her eh? I guess its the power of friendship! Or maybe incoming harem! She's going to save Gunzou or somehow hep them and maybe join their fleet(or die in the process showing that change is possible). Can't see any harem from it tbh. Shikigami is kind of like a familiar, sorta, that or a RC car. Basically there are two types, ones that have their own will and ones that just perform simple tasks. Hokuto was one of the latter, just made well enough to be able to pretend to be human to the untrained eye. You make it sound like 'being an Echo' is a bad thing. Also, just so I'm not misunderstanding, you aren't trying to sell moeboats based on its historical merit, right? Aside from a few who are playing, how many can actually read/understand the historical trivia without translations?

Silver spoon is a complete different genre than Uchouten Kazoku though, both are awesome but it seems like silver spoon did quite bad at their rating, worry about their green light on 2nd season :S It was planned split cour (summer/winter) from the start...

Recommend it for (alternative) mecha fans!! (and those ship girls....) True moeboats anime. Fake moeboats, not moe at all. they have this tsundere boat, my mind was blown, japanese is amazing. Takao is one of the few ships that managed to be better than the real moeboat counterpart, the subs are winning because they haven't got implemented yet, and that's about it. Well there is also the fact that Arpeggio isn't cancer, unlike moeboats, so I'd say thats a pretty good advantage. lol sent bitch after you actually try it and see yourself. Don't be an echo and refuse a game filled with historical trivia. I enjoyed gin no saji but it honestly doesn't feel like anime added much to the manga at all. I suppose Uchouten is like that too, but the cast and their performance was a lot better imo. Kyousougiga is fun too. On October 24 2013 21:57 Zergneedsfood wrote:On October 24 2013 21:07 Emnjay808 wrote: What did you expect from the Iroha movie znf?

I know they said she's Natsume's shikigami and then said she's a manipulation and that she's a magic user. So, my question is, is Hokuto an actual character? I mean, she's not a summon right? She was just controlled(and working) with Natsume? Or is Hokuto just a summon by Natsume so even though she 'died', she's not dead? We see Natsume with the ribbon at the end of episode 3. I figured that signified that Hokuto=Natsume so that Hokuto was only a summon(sorry, not sure what to call her lol).

Historical stuff like no submarines and battleships>carriers?

As for carriers, if we were to be completely historically accurate then it stops being a game, can only do so much. You don't play civ expecting combat to work that way, but you can still learn things.
