Knowing this, I'm hesitant to say that Sakura committed suicide... unless her friend somehow convinced her that it was the only way of her getting out of this alive.
+ Show Spoiler [donpa] +I was going more for the unwilling accomplice, where Sakura basically planned out her own death, with swimmer girl being the "cause", but with little to nothing to trace it back to her. Thus, in killing and "redeeming" herself, Sakura also let her friend free. I don't think anyone other than Sakura could actually cause that kind of blunt-force trauma to herself.
Anyone else notice Kirigiri said "I must have dealt with corpses a lot", or something along those lines while investigating the body? Seems like she may have some sort of memory loss of who she was before this.
