It's a tie between Majikoi (Shizuka Gozen, Gotou, Asakawa Yuu) and C3 (Tanaka Rie, Kitamura Eri, Saito Chiwa, Asumi Kana) You must be really lucky if IS is considered one of worst anime you watched I haven't watched a lot, also it was worst anime that you watched because of the seiyuu not worst anime overall.

That obviously calls for the question: what OTHER reasons you would watch horrible shows for? :p

When shows slip into its so bad its funny category, or momentum based, as in I'll keep watching a show just because I want to finish it for some unknown reason, like some kind of horrible trainwreck I just can't avert my eyes from.
Also some sequels that have been awful I've kept watching just because I enjoyed the first season, and kept hoping it'd get better, but never does.

This pretty much, also sometimes shows look interesting from the premise so ill keep watching and even though it is shit I kinda want to finish it in the faintest hope that things will get better(they don't)

Hanakana's character is actually what brought the series together for me. That and dat horribly done Houki-san tsunderness.

The OP was amazing.
My favourite one is that the premise implies something psychological but then it barely has any ties at all to it.

The OP and ED were fun songs and I still have them on ocasionally. the OP especially.
Also, due to not having watched a lot the only voices I recognize are some more common male seiyuus(although I don't know the names of them), Hanakana and Rie. Prolly cause they are both reaaaaally distinct.

I don't think I've ever watched a show because of a voice actor. You people are nuts.

I don't find myself agreeing with Sent too often, but yeah... fuck that.

Why not? I mean, I've never done it, but I watch shows because I like the actors, for example, I don't think Castle would be half as entertaining if it wasn't Nathan Fillion delivering those lines. People see movies for actors, listen to mediocre music because they like the previous work by the group. I would understand it.

Haven't watched shows for a particular voice actor, I have watched english dubs for steve blum's voice though. He's such a good VA
|
Hmm, well since I myself go watch some movies just for the actors/actresses, I don't see why it would be weird for one to watch an anime just for the voice actor
|
I usually don't watch because of VA:s but I think I might just do that soon. Considering watching El Cazador because of Itou Shizuka (VA for Koko, Morishima-Senpai, among others). I just watched an episode of the fourth season of Natsume Yuujinchou and I loved her and her character in that episode, lol.
I did check out Arakawa under the bridge kindof because of the VA:s for the main characters (had some other reasons too) now that I think of it though.

I watched Saki because I saw it had Shizuka Itou, Minori Chihara and Kana Ueda all in it. Don't regret it.

I tried watching a show based on voice actor after I found Nonaka Ai's voice really cute in Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. I found some other shows she played in and began with Asura Cryin. Soon after I dropped that shit and never once considered watching a show for its cast. A good cast can only do so much to salvage a wreck of a show.
