I'm sick of watching an Arrancar release their sword and waiting for the opposing shinigami to say "Oh, their speed increased." 10 seconds of garbage later they block an attack and say, "Oh, their power increased." Every single fight. Another recurring theme is, "Let me take 30 seconds to explain my abilities to you (even though viewers have already seen them) so that you can escape my binding technique instead of just killing you and moving on with the story" Only to have the Hollow respond with, "Why didn't you just kill me?" Because of this horribly boring and drawn out style of writing, I want to see some more down to earth, no bullshit, I'm-going to-fucking-kill-that-guy-because-he's-my-enemy-and-not-waste-time-talking-to-him action. Very limited occurrence of ability explanation. Bleach/Naruto explain the same shit a dozen times - totally unnecessary. tldr; I want an anime with action that isn't bloated with unnecessary dialogue and out of place humor. Recommendations? | ||
