Evidence that Konoe is the possible sister during ep1, the cell phone. She and the sister both have the same type of cell phone, which the MC was like, "this is really special, never seen this before etc".
Honifics aren't exactly obvious to everyone, though you have a point her being secretive then suddenly revealing herself.
Yeah I noticed the phone and figured after the reveal she was probably the sister (I thought it was either Konoe or the sister character before the reveal). Main girl generally has a reason behind her being the main girl aside from being the first the MC meets.
Of course there's always the option that they won't introduce the sister until later, and that Konoe is just another red herring.

At least the DVDs/BDs are doing really well in pre-orders, at least from what I've heard. To me at least, TE selling well is the main priority with the show, anything else out of the show would just be a bonus. TE was chosen to sorta test the waters with animating MLA stuff. So if TE does well, that greatly increases the chances for the main trilogy or other side stories to get animated, and for them to have a higher budget than this one. I'd really like to see Schwaresmarken or Euro Front animated. As weird as it sounds, if the main trilogy isn't animated, that doesn't really bother me, since I've already read it, and I can't think of any anime adaptation of a VN that turned out well.
As far as TE is concerned though, the CG in it is pretty good, and thats the thing I care most about with the show lol.

MLA:TE got a director change after 10 episodes though. Replaced by the director working on Fairy Tail. Current director now focused on script/storyboards.
