The main thing that bugs me is the Wendy arc. I may be a little neurotic here, but remember that Speed guy? Grey discovered that his powers only slowed down his immediate surroundings. But when the boss dude (forgot his name) asked him to retrieve Jellal's tomb, he was all like "oh its gonna take me two hours, but ill do it" or some shit like that. Okay, so basically he was genuinely speedy just for that one request, but when fighting Grey, Grey reveals that he really isnt speedy but has the power to slow his surroundings. ok w/e lol. Finally got that off my chest.
Okay another thing with Gildarts. Was it intentional to hide him all along? Or did they really just introduce him last minute with the explanation that there are 10-year and 100-year S class jobs? I mean there was Cana with a dinking disorder, and it basically coincides well with the fact that she was waiting for Gildarts the entire time, or was it just a lucky coincidence that she was a drinking addict to add some variety to her character when arbitrary making members at the start of the anime?
+ Show Spoiler +I strongly disagree that there wasn't any room to do anything with Lysanna. You act like the mangaka HAD to do Tenroujima right after Edolas. No, he didn't have to completely ignore the fact that Lysanna came back from the dead. They could have done an arc after Edolas about that stuff. But for whatever reason, nothing. Like I said earlier, bringing Lysanna back to life resulted in a few scenes of people being happy that she was back, but nothing major. Lysanna brought more development to Elfman and Mira when she was dead. Bring her back is fine, but DO SOMETHING WITH IT.
What can I expect with the Time Skip? Practically every single other shounen in existence has a meaningful Time Skip. Fairy Tail's is just lazy. Even Naruto handled its Time Skip 100x better than this one.

My eventual conclusion was that slowing down space time so drastically obviously isn't possible and I'm nowhere near educated/smart enough to even know wtf I'm talking about lol

Mystogan says something along the lines of "Actually, Gildarts is the strongest in the guild," but Laxus responds with "Him? He's never around." They decided to omit that in the anime, and instead replaced it with "I think Erza is a contender." They must not think viewers can comprehend that there are unintroduced characters in the guild, lol.
Also, yeah, the speed guy totally pissed me off. I never understood how in the world he could find Jellal so quickly when he can't actually move quickly >.<
As for Lisanna, I'm so mad that she gets so little screen time. You would think it would be a HUGE DEAL that she's back, but they dedicated maybe a few scenes to it, then promptly moved on to different issues. At the current stage, I don't think they even care anymore that she's back. She's just sitting in the sidelines doing nothing, and she hardly even played a role in Edolas (although the arc itself was pretty good).
The time skip is just a lazy way to introduce new events without actually doing any work. I was hoping for Romeo's adventures in training, myself, but they just stuck to the whole "Everybody is fine" idea. If the current stuff going on is good enough, it'll mitigate some of the stupidity brought in by the time skip, but I think the damage has been done >.<

+ Show Spoiler +I was just watching that episode lastnight lol (i like to watch FT on my ipod before i sleep). and they were clearly talking about Erza. there was literally no hint or clue that Gildarts was actually a member of FT till after the Edolas arc. Could be hinted in the manga, but I didnt read it.

So a time skip would just reset everything completely. Someone said before that it was a lazy way to reset the storyline, and I agree, but w/e.
The main thing that bugs me is the Wendy arc. I may be a little neurotic here, but remember that Speed guy? Grey discovered that his powers only slowed down his immediate surroundings. But when the boss dude (forgot his name) asked him to retrieve Jellal's tomb, he was all like "oh its gonna take me two hours, but ill do it" or some shit like that. Okay, so basically he was genuinely speedy just for that one request, but when fighting Grey, Grey reveals that he really isnt speedy but has the power to slow his surroundings. ok w/e lol. Finally got that off my chest.
Okay another thing with Gildarts. Was it intentional to hide him all along? Or did they really just introduce him last minute with the explanation that there are 10-year and 100-year S class jobs? I mean there was Cana with a dinking disorder, and it basically coincides well with the fact that she was waiting for Gildarts the entire time, or was it just a lucky coincidence that she was a drinking addict to add some variety to her character when arbitrary making members at the start of the anime? + Show Spoiler [Fairy Tail] +Gildarts was actually mentioned back in the Thunder Palace arc when Mystogan confronts Laxus. Mystogan says something along the lines of "Actually, Gildarts is the strongest in the guild," but Laxus responds with "Him? He's never around." They decided to omit that in the anime, and instead replaced it with "I think Erza is a contender." They must not think viewers can comprehend that there are unintroduced characters in the guild, lol.
Also, yeah, the speed guy totally pissed me off. I never understood how in the world he could find Jellal so quickly when he can't actually move quickly >.<
As for Lisanna, I'm so mad that she gets so little screen time. You would think it would be a HUGE DEAL that she's back, but they dedicated maybe a few scenes to it, then promptly moved on to different issues. At the current stage, I don't think they even care anymore that she's back. She's just sitting in the sidelines doing nothing, and she hardly even played a role in Edolas (although the arc itself was pretty good).

I was hoping for Romeo's adventures in training, myself, but they just stuck to the whole "Everybody is fine" idea. If the current stuff going on is good enough, it'll mitigate some of the stupidity brought in by the time skip, but I think the damage has been done >.< + Show Spoiler +I was just watching that episode lastnight lol (i like to watch FT on my ipod before i sleep). and they were clearly talking about Erza. there was literally no hint or clue that Gildarts was actually a member of FT till after the Edolas arc. Could be hinted in the manga, but I didnt read it.

In fact, looking things up a bit, Gildarts was mentioned as far back as the Phantom Lord arc (and apparently the Galuna Island arc, although that one is much more ambiguous since his name isn't actually mentioned).

She does bring lots of development to other characters like Elfman and Mirajane but not so much Natsu atm. I have faith that the author will do something good with her in the future. The manga is much better than the anime, IMO. The show's not bad, but they miss some stuff (and the filler stuff you'll find makes no sense in certain cases, haha).

I took a brief look at the synopsis of the game when it released, quickly closed the said tab. No idea what they did for the h-ova.

Just keep at it, should start making more sense when you begin the rehabilitations.
On a related note, finally finished the Sharin fandisc. I'd say if you finish Sharin and enjoyed it, might as well do the fandisc as well. Masaomi chapter is pretty legit and really nice backstory. Epilogues are essentially on the level of enjoyable DLC. Eri chapter and omake were resoundingly meh, but at least they were super super short.
Conclusion: Sharin fandisc, worth it for Masaomi and the epilogues; just keep in mind it's a fandisc and not a full VN.

Wow I just finished Heaven's Feel. I am so satisfied, the amount of closure was incredible. Rider in regular clothes, oh yeah! That 2 year time skip was exactly what I wanted

Out of boredom I watched an Archived Anime I missed before. Ashiteru ze Baby. I liked it, I really did. It's almost like Usagi Drop except with Romance fulfillment. Ah these kinds of anime are the best.
Though I am not sure what is it about Kokoro's Voice Acting that makes me feel weird inside. I wouldn't say it's bad or anything it's just really weird.

I really liked that anime. I probably mentioned it when Usagi Drop was airing due to their similarities. As far as romance goes, it's one of my favorites. I do recall Kokoro's voice being a bit weird though.
Recently got around to starting Gundam Zeta and am on my way to marathoning it now that school's over. 18 eps in and enjoying it a lot more than the original but it doesn't feel masterpiece worthy yet. Of course, plenty of time for that feeling to change.

Like Hayato and Kai who I really didn't care for but appear and have new, relevant roles that I wasn't expecting at all. Even seeing the kids grow up felt kind of refreshing and Katz might actually become a relevant pilot? Still waiting for Sayla to appear.
Also, the Titans are real assholes. wtf is wrong with them just indiscriminately killing random innocents, nuking their own base, etc. I sure hope they die a slow, painful, Newtype-powered death. On that note, cyber newtypes what? Hmm, could be pretty interesting depending where they take this.

Yes, Riho route is the one that's really good. If you have the time, Kanade route is fine as well just do it first or it'll feel really lackluster compared to Riho.
