Pretty good first episode, animations and mecha design looks great. + Show Spoiler + That overhead view of the island base fighting the enemy mech looked stunning.
Looks like aliens are fighting each other over those mechs (Voxes?), and one of them sided with Earth. Curious to see why Madoka's cousin wouldn't let her pilot robots.

I never thought I would be so happy about seeing GG picking up an anime!
In case you haven’t seen the original Aquarion, Aquarion is an anime about piloting mecha and orgasming. In the first season, this was done with 3 pilots effectively making it a threesome. The second season has decided to upgrade it to a foursome.

Aside from the obvious Nisemonogatari and Amagami SS+ I'm also going to give "Another" and "Gokujyo" a shot this season. Anyone have any clue as to what to expect from these 2?

I Another could be hit or miss. If they drop final destination like garbage Im going to drop it pretty quick. Not gona watch Gokujo, seems pretty much pure fan service..
Nise is the only thing Im watching for sure. Other stuff isnt anything im interested in.

Last time, on Zero no Tsukaima: Louise was a bitch, France was evil, and the show was really really bad. I don't remember anything else, but I doubt it matters. Time to watch for fanservice.

ZnT first season was pretty solid imo, then the balance between story, jokes and fanservice tilted pretty heavily towards the tits, as they grew in numbers and weight...
i will still watch and enjoy it xD

That reason did come to mind, but I am hoping it's something that goes farther than that. Maybe I'm being too hopeful. + Show Spoiler + They share different last names, which is what led me to believe they're cousins even though she calls her "onee-chan" (that and my subs keep saying cousin) =\.

if PA Works is just doing the animation, i think they are doing a very good job <.< maybe not ufotable awesome, but still.
the plot depends on taste i guess, iroha was good slice of life imo, angelbeats was entertaining for me, but i can see its flaws.
