Maybe add Horuou Musuko and Penguin Drum, or did it turn trash in the second half?
I was referring to the fact that Madoka started in 2010 and ended in 2011, but I didn't know if he had watched any series in 2010, so yeah.
Yeah, add Penguindrum. I thought it was good. Guilty Crown is pretty good too. I think it's worth a watch. Horizon is definitely only for some people though. I can't really vouch for it.
Edit: In terms of comedy stuff, Nichijou I thought was pretty good, Ika Musume S2 was also good, and I thought the second season of Working got a lot better.
Other series, I'd add: Ben-to (hit or miss, I liked it, others might not) Working!! S2 Tiger & Bunny (I keep hearing how this is good, but never watched it)

apart from the already mentioned there is ika musume 2, baka to test 2 aaaaaand HxH 2... sequels over sequels plus a remake and a prequel: fate/zero (i think the majority can agree on that one) fair warning: fate/zero has not finished yet and will be broadcasted again in april (?)

why do people keep thinking Madoka started in 2010? I see that comment every time the "best of 2011" topic comes up.
Kaal's list is pretty solid and you can't really argue with it in terms of popularity. I would add Mirai Nikki, considering it was good enough to make a bunch of people go marathon the manga and thus ruining the anime experience. Nothing else really stands out that the majority would agree on. I thought Nichijou was really good but idk how popular it actually is.
