Sana still has those feelings but has come to terms with them...kind of. The kiss at the ending of the episode was disappointing, if only because it just that Miu and MC's relationship felt forced again....

I don't think Airi is confirmed to not fall for MC, but it's hard to say since her development got cut off halfway so we really don't know what she's thinking. Either her feelings are actually platonic or she learned to shut them inside sometime during the 5 episodes of getting no screen time lol. I don't really care about the ending anymore since the execution has been so poor, but a surprise imouto or Miu's mom ending would be enjoyable.
