I'd say watch CCS just because it's a more refined, better quality (animation and filler wise) anime with way more innocent cuteness. Sailor Moon has the 'classic' feel to it, if you know what I mean.
Then again, I watched these when I was a kid, dubbed on TV (actually I watched a bit of CCS in Korean lololol) so my memory might not be accurate.

Can't be bad, if it is then you can kind of just erase it from your memory and pretend it never existed. I hope they just make a movie based on an alternate reality where Madoka's actually a magical girl from the startish.

While I did like StrikerS, Nagisama has it right, that I did like A's more than StrikerS.
