Ok. So Yuki discovers Yuno in his world (2nd) is actually the Yuno from the 1st world, who won the game and became god there. She time-leaped back and decided to play the game again so she could be with Yuki again (twisted yandere logic). When yuno from the 1st world came to the 2nd world, she killed the 2nd world's Yuno and usurpreted her identity. After Yuki discovered this, Yuno tired to kill him but didnt manage, and time leapt again to the 3rd world. Yuki and 9th followed.

They arrived before the game began. 1st world Yuno was trying to kill the 3rd world's yuno like she did with the 2nd, but she didn't manage. Yuki saved the 3rd Yuno and changed everything. Yuno didn't lose her faith in her family, the 5th's parent didnt become cultists, the 6th parents didnt die etc. etc. etc.

When the 1st Yuno tried to kill the 3rd Yuno, her parents protected her, and Yuki (2nd world's) said he loved Yuno, the one he knows (the one who became god in the 1st world). She decided to kill herself became she really loved him too.

in the aftermath of the 3rd world, Yuki (the 3rd) has a happy family and a girlfriend, the one who previously rejected him on the mall date. She breaks the time-space continuum and gets to the 2nd Yuki, which has become God in the 2nd world. She becomes God in the 3rd world and Yuki is also God, so they create a happy perfect world. Don't know how the babies are flying.

so basically:
1st world: Yuno (1) won. Yuki (1) dead. Mumuru (1) also won with Yuno.
2nd world: Yuno (1) kills Yuno (2) and plays the game again. Yuki (2) discovers this and refuses to die. Mumuru (2) is imprisoned by Mumuru (1). Yuno (1) and Mumuru (1) jump in time to world 3. Yuki (2) and 9th (2) follow them.
3rd world: Yuno (1) tries to kill Yuno (3) but fails. Yuki (2) saves Yuno (3) and calls the ambulance. Domino effect changing the futures of all the players.
Yuki (2) says he loves Yuno (1) and she commits suicide. Mumuru (2) is freed by Yuki and she makes him God.
Aftermath: Yuki (3) is living a happy life with his parents and his new girlfriend. Yuno (3) is still in love with Yuki and gets Yuno (1)'s memories from Mumuru (1) and remembers Yuki (2). Yuno (3) breaks the time space continuum and gets to Yuki (2). Deus (3) makes both of them Gods. Yuno (3) and Yuki (2) create a happy world.
