Just finished this anime and I got to say it was f*ing amazing.... The complexity of each character, the funny jokes, the story, it was all so captivating.... Except for the end. For me, I think it would've made much more sense if the show had dedicated it to Otonashi ending up with Yurippe rather than Kanade. Notice I said dedicated, as in if the show was redone that way. Any thoughts? | ||

The budget looks fairly high and it wasn't horrible like most visual novel adaptations. The first ep anyway. | ||

Any thoughts? The general consensus of people here is that Angel Beats had alot of potential, but due to its length, it had MASSIVE pacing issues. There were ALOT of characters who SEEMED complex, but due to the length of the show, barely any were ever developed at all, so in reality most were pretty hollow. | ||

Any thoughts? It was probably the worst key work i've seen, I haven't read Tomoyo After and Kudwafter yet so I can't judge but Angel Beats wasn't the Key that i knew..... PS. Shizuru~~~ | ||

Any thoughts? Angel Beats was like an anime adaption of a visual novel that religiously follows a single route. Since a visual novel does not exist, most people were pissed because those seemingly complex characters got swept under the rug. Also- + Show Spoiler + thank you. | ||

S2, Ika-Musume S2, and Boku Tomodachi all seems quite good so far. I also have Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai!
