I think if your channel was really popular and then someone reported you, they might say something. But since you get like 5 viewers max, they don't notice/care at all.

To be honest, Mafuyu isn't exactly a fan of every BL, there has been a fair amount of times where she seems completely opposed to some friendships of Sugisaki.
Then again, most of those happen off-screen and will probably never get animated.
