YES! Steins;Gate keeps cock-blocking (not in that sense, ofc) me but now it's FINALLY getting pretty damn awesome. Kurisu is freaking amazing, and I really wanted to like her at a first but she was sort of annoying, but now it's really coming together...perfect storm ads;lkfjasdklfjkj holy crap I should have made a blog that I regularly updated....damn this is so good....almost done with ep 14 and GAHH I'M FINISHING 17 BEFORE TOMORROW SO I CAN WATCH 18 "WITH" YOU GUYS!!! Seriously, it's finally freaking awesome....with Kurisu+Okabe teaming up and all that...yesyesyesyes I'm sure I'm going to get trolled soon, but this series is just too fucking good...at first I was like "it's like freaking groundhog's day or something", but now I'm like "THIS IS TOO FUCKING GOOD"...I had to see it holistically and not from the simple angle of the mini-arc of several eps. HOLY SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT I'M LIKE A FREAKING SCHOOLGIRL OR SOMETHING THIS IS TOO GOOD could someone direct me to the "best" resource for s;g releases? I forget which one of the list it is. | ||

I have no idea why the tag says shoujo Yea I know slice of life doesn't necessarily equal Lucky Star. The problem with such slice of life shows is that they are too focused on slapstick and comedy. There is no time to make characters believable or intriguing. I can't find slice of life shows that do not carry at least somewhat of a serious and melancholic mood enjoyable. Slice of life like Haibane, Honey&Clover and Natsume is fine because of this, there is an atmosphere involved. The rest, which is about 90% of all slice of life, is pure shit. | ||
