God, gundam seed destiny was disappointing compared to it's prequel which is a shame since it had big potential.

No Cagalli X Lacus or Lacus X Meer potential
A lack of the two female captain rivalry turning into affection, no chance of any good yuri relationships

I must say I disagree with your views on yuri.
Though gundam seed destiny was indeed worse than its prequel.

So... anyone seen the Shiki special?

Hey everyone!
I come here in hope that you guys can help recommend me some awesome animes for me to watch. I personally really like watching psychological types of animes, but I really am open to any suggestions. I have used sites on the internet to help expand my knowledge of what animes are out there, but I feel like its somewhat hard to find myself a good anime that I have not watch already/ or enjoyed watching.
Baccano, Black Butler, Black Cat, Blood +, Claymore, Code Geass, Darker than Black, Death Note, Elfen Lied, Gantz, Samurai Champloo, and Tokko. These are all the animes that I have watched, and very much enjoyed watching. If anyone could make suggestions of animes that they think I would like, based of the list I wrote, I would greatly appreciate it.
Much thanks.

Happy birthday!
Did you at least look at the top of the page for the list, though?! (click me!) It's sort of overwhelming in number of titles, but it is organized pretty well by specific genre, so it's a good guide for some recommended animes.
I think the guys in here are working on some sort of extensive masterlist that somehow covers about every anime ever created, so you could wait for that. Most of your animes are some of the more popular ones, and there are bound to be some good watches in the aforementioned list at the top of page Have you checked out School Days? That anime has a lot of psychological twists and turns, not to mention deep drama. I noticed you included Elfen Lied and Gantz--School Days does have a bit of violence, but since you don't seem to be particularly worried about that, go ahead and watch it!
Cheers!

Should read the disclaimer up the top of the page.

Not sure psychological fits the criteria of what you've seen, mainly anime with darker atmosphere but not necessarily psychological. Anyway, you should watch Texhnolyze, it's probably the best "psychological anime" - god I hate that term - and also with a very bleak mood.
Also, Bible Black. You seem to like black things.

School days is an interesting psychological anime though :p

I did look at the disclaimer at the top of the page, but i noticed that almost every anime that I listed is 1. not on the list , or 2. the animes I listed are spread out everywhere throughout the list, making it hard to make a decision which anime to watch next simply because it does not group all the animes I listed in the same section. Looking at the psychological titles the only anime I enjoyed watching was Paronia Agent, and then i noticed that there were alot of animes on the list that I tried to watch, but however did not really enjoy (such as experiment lain, and mind games). So I was hoping you guys could offer a suggestion (partly as a b day presant) that fits exactly what I was watching.
I noticed alot of you guys have already replied with some animes that you think I might enjoy (Texhnolyze, School Days) and I noticed that some people are putting the animes that I enjoy watching into different genre than psychological. I really, really do appreciate these kinds of responses. They offer me a quick an easy way to find an anime that I will enjoy watching. =)

Nothing celebrates a birthday like a School Days marathon. Gogogo!

Gundam SEED Destiny was more than disappointing, it was an abomination. I went into SEED Destiny wanting Gundam SEED 2, and instead I got a piece of shit that didn't have any idea what it wanted to do with its story at any point, until it was too late, featuring a ton of new characters who can't even hold a candle to the original's cast.

If you like bleak shows and don't mind slow, Texhnolyze is great. I'd try Kara no Kyoukai actually, which I think fits fairly well with the shows you listed. Don't expect to understand what's going on at first though :p
School days is a troll rec. It's a light hearted school comedy, so probably not what you're looking for.
