I don't really see what the point you are trying to make is. Just because they don't have separate sounds for R and L doesn't mean they don't make a distinction of the two when using Engrish.

Dark heros and setting,taking place in the future in a post-apocalyptic world,it has some awesome fight scenes. It also makes you think about some aspects of life(or the afterlife),it's like a mix of Now and then,here and there and Casshern's Sins.

Well, the story unfolds slowly, there's action but it serves to help advance the story. Some parts are psychological/mystery types that are rather unnecessarly deep. Flashbacks aren't rare and some episodes are very outspoken and not very interesting. Overall, when it all comes together, it's a decent story. The hero(es) stumble and wonder through the wasteland looking for answers. The protag is a pussy at first but at the end of the show he actually grows some balls.
