I don't think Rebecca will make it out of Division D. The other people called her an undefeated gladiator, but mentionned that Spartan (the dude Luffy Lucy crushed using judo) bullied her, so she doesn't seem that strong. Of course the bullying might be verbal or whatever, but comparing her to Spartan just isn't much of a compliment. Rebecca will probably be crushed by someone we don't know is in the competition.
About Burgess, I don't think Blackbeard's important crew members are anywhere close. He's probably just out here with his first fleet, eager to prove himself the ultimate fighting champion.

Rebecca losing is kind of a given. She is completely sympathetic, so she will mashed into a pulp by a bad guy so luffy can get revenge for her or she will fight luffy in the tournament, so we can have a heartbreaking duel.
Nothing wrong with being cliche. Those are used because we like seeing stuff like that.

I'm pretty sure Burgress' only reason to being there is to get the DF for Blackbeared, but I agree with you that hes there by himself and possibly with his division.

Only problem i have with roger being kyros is that he defeated 3000 ppl i imagine it would have taken quite an amount of time and doubt the roger pirates stayed that long on an island

I don't think that Burgess has a crew yet. Since Oda put a lot of work in introducing the participants I wouldn't be suprised if those named brutes join Burgess.

I think Roger was the only one to ever get a hit in on Kyros. That would make a lot of sense to me. Kyros had mad respect for Roger and decided to go after One Piece when Roger died.

Yes. A Division. Blackbeard like Luffy had a small crew but now with multiple divisions there has to be multiple ships and I guess that you need or want more people. The emperors (but Shanks?) influence huge areas and control several islands..

Anyway, the pretty boy will advance from group B, Lucy of group C, Rebecca from group D and A has already advanced.
Then either A or B will use foul play to defeat Rebecca in the semifinals, and Lucy will defeat the other guy, to end up in the finals most likely against the pretty boy and defeat him as well. Alternatively, Rebecca will win the semifinals and Lucy will lose on purpose in the finals to her. Anyway, she will end up with the fire fruit (even though it would be way cooler if Luffy could eat another fruit).
I just hope for Rebecca to join the crew for much more fan service, Luffy will at least ask her. But I feel like she is the same as the princess from crocodile land and will only be a temporary friend to then disappear from the story. Yeah I'm bad with names.
Oh and the statue is of course either Roger (most likely, and if there are 556 ppl entering one single tournament it would not take long for him to defeat 3k enemies) or Luffy with some weird time loop stuff going on.

Oda would never play with time travel. It's such a trap. Just look at Fairy Tail. It devolves too quickly and brings too many plot holes with it. Sure, Oda might succeed if he tried because he's a great storyteller, but he won't because he's not stupid enough to attempt it because it's 9 out of 10 times not good storytelling (and when it's good it's too complex for the everyday person to grasp— see Primer for an example of good time travel storytelling).

For what its worth my prediction:
Burgess and Luffy are a given to make it out of their groups, but I have a strong feeling that this Bartolomeo guy who was just mentioned but not shown will come into play, Cavendish also feels like a fodder guy that will get smashed, so for me its Burgess, Bartolomeo, Luffy, Rebecca.
Luffy for winning the fruit, but giving it to Rebecca afterwards, doubting her joining the crew afterwards though. Also doubt the blind guy being Kyros, gladiator just doesnt go together with the whole Zatoichi thingy he has going on.

Franky can probably take on the mission to destroy the factory, and Kinemon might try to rescue his buddy himself.

I think Blackbeard is a valid owner of the mera mera fruit, from multiple viewpoints. He is the villain and the fruit is a treasure for luffy. For his own motivation it also makes sense, since he aims to get multiple strong fruits.
Burgess defeating Luffy is at least possible and would show us that the straw hats are not yet the strongest people in the world.
Bronze Kyros being picked up by Gol D. Roger is a nice find, didn't even think that far. It does sound likely.
