This was a pretty funny chapter to cover not much happening. The Luffy Lucy thing was a bit of a stretch, but it is enough to cover for Luffy being stupid. Rebecca's outfit was interesting 0_o but it looks like she will be an important character. I'm guessing she will be defeated by someone else besides Luffy though and Luffy will get angry at the way she is defeated. Bellamy surviving was surprising the story didn't really need for him to reappear, but I guess it will be another chance for him to get smashed like everyone hopes.

What does the strength of Burgess tells about Garp? Garp never fighted Burgress, the punch was in anime only, so it is not cannon.

I think what he meant was that because Garp hit Marco that means he is stronger than Marco, and because Marco and Burgess have the same rank, Garp is also stronger than Burgess.
I don't really agree but the punch was canon. Although Garp has been on vacation for the past 2 years so he's probably not been keeping himself in shape and is most likely not as strong as he was 2 years ago.

We have, just not under ideal conditions as he was pretty serious vs Hordy but not vs Caesar (who he just stomped after figuring his gimmick out, basically)

According to Rogers own words him and Garp nearly killed each other several times. I think this is enough to say Garp is around Roger/Whitebeard level which is >>>>>>>>>>>>> Marco. So my guess is he more then capable of rofl stomping Burgress while asleep and eating cookies.

That fight vs Hordy was very one sided if you don't count when they were in the sea... Hordy was just really tough so he could take many hit from Luffy.

Rayleigh has been on Vacation for like 15 years and still strong enough to force an admiral to retreat
anyway it wont be Luffy VS Burgess in the finals, maybe in the semis, Luffy is gonna fight Diamante in the finals (or whatever the name of the guy Dofla entrusted the mera mera too)
