In my view the end of one piece will be luffy+shanks+jinbei+hancock+whitebeard's pirate+raileigh+law?+smaller allies versus the world government and BB(not necessarily allied with the WG) I don't think it makes any sense for luffy to try and take out shanks and personally i don't think they have any chance.. Don't forget he only has one crew and he faced whitebeard has equals.. Luffy still need to improve before facing shanks or admiral kizaku or the magma bitch IMO it will be big mum because it's convinient and would seal the deal with jimbei, after that another smaller arcs and boom we have him facing and taking out kaido, then it's alliance time vs BB | ||

Either way, Clown has something to keep Law in check. Though I wouldn't know how you could take Haki away from someone. An Anti-Haki gas would not make much sense because Haki is the only defence against the gas. | ||

If he had gotten Law's crew, Law wouldn't fight him even with Luffy's help as it would still put the Crew in danger. Neither does the "Take-away-Haki-Gas" make much sense ans Luffy would be exactly as vulnerable to it as Law is, so why should Luffy be able to fight where Law is not? Especially as Luffy needs physical contact with his opponent to actually fight him... | ||

No Law's crew are not being held hostage at least not by Caesar. They already showed in the flash back that Caesar was surprised that Law showed up without his crew to the island to hide out. | ||

It was an observation, not assumption. They were trying to decide how to proceed and Luffy said the four of them could all do haki and Law said the four of them would be enough for their plan. If he didn't have haki he would has disagreed. It should be assumed that most, if not all of the supernovas, have haki by now anyways. | ||
