I think so. Yet I feel the antagonism has to be somehow subverted towards something more subtle than a head-on fight between Lucci and Luffy. According to the series' power level logic, there's no way it would be an even fight.

Even if Lucci levelled up considerably, CP0 agents haven't shown to be all that strong. Two of them got taken out during Wano. One of them lost to a C-tier Yonko commander and the other one got one-shot by Kaido. I think Lunarian Kuma is gonna be a much greater threat.

Looks like Oda has been making some sloppy mistakes recently. Not sure if it's him or his staff though. The art has also been more sloppy recently. I wonder if there is something bigger going on?

I think they are just weird mistakes. Of all the weird stuff at the end of Wano, the artwork was amazing. Greenbull's powers were among the most amazingly drawn things in the series.

Man is tired. He's been writing this for 20 + years and now that his story is HUGE he really can't prioritize what to show.

the atlas number was pointed out immediately by a lot of nerds. almost all of them recognised it as a mistake and expected it to be updated though

Bah, so much for the diamond fruit theory. Not sure why Burgess would settle for something as ordinary as the buff fruit. Pretty much everyone in One Piece has natural super strength already.

Law is so fucked. This is not the direction I expected one piece to go but i guess he's cementing that Blackbeard is a menace even more even after the Boa incident

Tho I sooooo glad Blackbeard is making moves as one of the major antagonists. I already feel his danger like he feels like a true pirate. At least he actually makes moves. Unlike that one guy with red hair where Oda basically turned him into some kind of idol figure who does nothing in like the entire series except Oda hyping him up.

But I am so glad how the final saga chapters has been turning out like seriously almost every chapter has been on fire ! It feels like a very different writer.

Yeah I would've preferred Diamond Fruit. That would've so much more interesting

But I think Burgess is mega dangerous now. You have to dodge his attacks now if you are his enemy.

Also about the mistake. Oda is a still a person he can make mistakes. Also his team are made up of people who can make mistakes.

Given he has been doing this a longass time eventually making mistakes will happen occasionally

But yeah Blackbeard going after Law is so crazy. I dont think Law will die but his winning chances are 0%... And so unexpected too!
Shanks really is a weird one. He has no character development at all.

Also did anyone watch One Piece Red? I had hyped myself really up for the movie and was super disappointed...
