Sanji's seems to be a more "convenient time for his powers to awaken" since we knew theoretically that he had the potential ever since we met his family.

I mean, isn't it convenient for them that there still exists a Kozuki heir to bring back the status quo? I had to go back to the wiki to find what abilities Sanji's brothers had. It seems very likely that he can imbue his leg with fire thanks to his "genetic modifications". They also have some sort of "exoskeleton", seems like that is what stopped Queen's sword. Its probably been a target since Oden joined both WB and Roger's crews. But I don't see what this play is unless they are sending multiple admirals. Even if the Beasts pirates go down, Big Mom and 5 worst generations are still there, even if beaten up. Big Mom is chaos, but she would probably be anti-WG in a fight. And do they even know how to go up the waterfall? Or are they gonna use the other entrance that they don't (yet) control? The only way they get to that is if all the 9 are dead, right?

Also the whole thing about not eating when he met Fujitora and in the cave with Yamato. So perhaps another friendly marine who can’t officially be friendly with the Strawhats.

I think we've seen his profile too, he doesn't have the kind of hair or face that matches what we've seen of silhouetted Shimotsuki Ushimaru (or Zoro, since they're similar looking apparently)

ushimaru also apparently means "bull", so if this guy doesnt turn out to be green bull oda would have to be the biggest troll

I totally forgot that Wano is the place where Poneglyphs come from. I wonder if it's also the "fallen kingdom" that opposed the WG during the Void Century? The place must be revealed eventually and there are not many island left in the series, I presume.

I guess Sanji somewhat as well as Usopp (not a stretch since Shanks crew hung around East Blue) Nami has unnamed parents, Chopper has rando raindeer parents, Robin had some scholar parents but no one of real note, Franky has unnamed parents but was an apprentice of a well known ship builder, Brook unknown parents, Zoro unknown parents but they were probably Wano immigrants/refugees. Jinbe unknown. Not a whole lot outside of Luffy and Sanji and we have known about Luffy for forever and we have known Sanji had a special backstory for a long time as well ever since his wanted poster first came out.

His dad clearly left him at an early age so it's not like he taught him how to snipe. So unless there's some hidden legend in Syrup village, all of Usopp's abilities come from his bloodline. He never toughened himself up like Luffy or Zoro and just slacked off, lied, and relied solely on his kekkei genkai to get him through life.

Franky may be raised by Roger's shipwright but his lineage is at least random and so is Nami. Chopper too cause he's literally just a deer and Brook. Close enough

Also, the plan is conditional on Kaido losing. They don't care if Kaido barely wins and they could easily seize Wano from him, they just don't want the Wano status quo changed. That means the weapons (and probably seastone) flow is the WG priority.

I guess WG wasn't on good terms with the Kozuki clan in the first place, if the latter were the ones to create poneglyphs. Makes sense for Wano to be an independent country if the rulers absolutely abhor the WG due to historical reasons. It's sensible for WG to increase their power by adding yet another country in their roster. I'd wager it's not the first time they've done such a thing. It's entirely possible that not every one of the 170+ countries in the coalition joined on their own terms...

Which can always be changed with the open ended orphan plot Nami is probably the daughter of Enel and Crocodile when he was still a woman. She controls the weather and had a similar hairstyle to crocodile pre time skip. Boom your mind is blown
