If I recall correctly, there was a pirate the Straw Hats saved from Moria (Lola?) who gave them her mom's vivre card. I think Big Mom will be Lola's mom, so a fight will be averted in thanks for them saving her daughter.

It's far too early for them to do something like that. Remember, being as strong as Shank's crew (another Yonkou) was a goal of Luffy. There's no way he is that strong already.

Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji all have Observation Haki (as they could all feel Caribou when he was attacking Shirahoshi).
Luffy also has they other 2 types of haki.
Zoro and Sanji MIGHT have Armament Haki as well, but it hasn't been confirmed yet.
No one else in the crew has Haki though.

Oh yeah, Sanji does have the haki to hit devil fruit people. Unless this was a joke, Sanji says that he should have been the one to hit Caribou, indicating that he could.

This shows them using observation
I'm guessing that Zoro and Sanji have both forms of haki (but not Conqueror's). However I'd say Sanji is better with Observation and Zoro is better with Armaments (after all we were told people tend to prefer one type). Not to say they can't use the other form of haki, just not as well.

I linked to that page because Rayleigh also explains that everyone has haki (not just zoro and sanji).
Not everyone has Conqueror's though.
