Sanji's resolution of fighting on his own terms, more explanation on Carrot's ability, and Brooke quietly being the top-tier support. Hell, he took out an entire ship on his own as an aside while he was saving a crewmate, and that's just an understated thing that's awesome. To be able to do that a few arcs ago would be boggling. | ||

Brook part actually felt off to me. It seemed completely unnecessary and got too much attention for just taking out 1 ship out of like 20. Perhaps Oda just wanted him to be there to catch Carrot when she exhausted herself? But I mean couldn't Carrot have just made her own way back and collapsed on the ship? If Oda wanted to just set something up with Brook and Carrot off the ship when Big Mom flew in then fine. But no, they all made it back just in time, rendering Brook's actions useless. | ||
