What do you guys think about Monet being the 10th nakama ? I read some interesting points from this guy who wrote a really long theory about Monet being the 10th nakama (yes this is the link to the theory don't worry it's pretty organized and detailed) TL;DR of some of the interesting points of the speculation/theory: 1. There are similarities of how Monet and Robin on the first arc they were introduced "two of them were both introduced as antagonistic looking characters in a sea of flames and both carried out a similar role in the arc they were in - assistant of the main antagonist." 2. Some things that may mean Monet is not dead such as when Caesar clown stabbed the heart of Monet the after panel showed that the stick that Caesar used to stab monet wasn't stabbed on the heart. 3. Snow being the only thing Luffy being enthusiastic about outside meat . That he mentions alot of times (yes he was found to be enthusiastic with many things but usually he never mentions it again except meat and snow ) which could be intentional by Oda. So luffy historically loves snow. Thoughts ? (yeah i'm so bored ) | ||

I'm up for monet. I think she isn't inherently evil but just mis-used. It'll be cool to have someone that can fly too. Come to think of it wasn't ViVi a fighter when first introduced? I'm actually super dissapointed in retrospect given how little impact she had in terms of fighting once she teamed up with strawhats. ;( she could've been a badass fighter but she was too busy being a princess ;/ | ||

But SH heavily outclassed her. | ||

Uhm i'm actually not sure but iirc she was nami tier or slightly better than nami/usopp tier kind of fighter. Could be wrong cause i can't remember much about that arc anymore. Another thing why Monet is also unique in terms of being compared to Nami or Robin cause unlike the two she actually gets flustered/shy when being complemented (remember that scene where the marines+Sanji pass through the snow room and they suddenly gone wooping when they saw Monet) as well as she is more combat competent compared to the other two (she should be stronger than Robin cause she won against Tashigi and even though zoro was not trying to kill her she was able to parry with him). And the more obvious that she's a logia as well as not being a standard human instead looking like a harpy which fit the Strawhats where all of them are either unique and/or weird. I'm up for monet. She's like a fighter version of ViVi except she's none-violent and it's prerequisite for strawhats to be violent(somebody always punches somebodies head on comedy scene's) so she's out. | ||

robin can literally become so strong if she uses Haki, her power is extremely OP if used properly. I really wish to see more of her in fights she's my favorite crew member ;/ | ||
