It's been a few years since i watched dbz. But I do constantly reread the manga. It's my favorite manga to reread.

I haven't watched the dbz anime for a long time but I remember Vegeta mentioning that when Freiza and Goku were fighting they both weren't trying very hard at the beginning ("Freiza is only using 1/100th of his power). I am not sure if this is true for the manga. Is my memory correct?

Vegeta was dead when Goku fought Frieza.
Goku and Frieza really did the typical warm-up dance, but Goku was already using stuff like Frieza not sensing Ki for his advantage. Goku only went into the 20x Kaioken gamble when Frieza showed half of his power.

Breaking away from the DBZ talk, I think it was mentioned earlier but seriously what tha fuck is up with Dofla's glasses? Are they just like painted on and not real? Did he stitch them to his face with his strings and even if he did that, how have the lenses not broken yet? I call straight up shenanigans on his glasses!

Donflamingo can clone his whole body and wardrobe so the original glasses might as well be string too or Oda is saving the glasses break for his defeat.

they actually fed the string fruit to his glasses, Dofla is just a string doll and his haki is all focused on not being broken

I dunno. Apparently he used this form often against the larger creatures. Balance-wise it should have some repercussions or a weakness though. Luffy is almost god mode right now, not fun for the protagonist.

mingo stll have an ace up his sleeves, his strings that's almost invisible can be use to cut people into pieces, and he hasn't abuse that shit yet, and so far he's been fighting mainly with his fist. And he has shown the ability to put his strings unnoticed on people like Diamond jose and immobilize them. I'm pretty sure he has a lot of strings wrap around luffys already after all these fighting. He's taking luffy's punches like a man, it doesn't seem luffy's punches has hurt him much at all, he can still analyse luffy's snake punch with a clear head after taking 2 heavy hits. Law did much more damage to him than Luffy's gear 4. In a fight like this you need to catch the other guy with his armament haki powered down. I'm pretty sure Mingo is baiting luffy and waiting for an opening to strike. and knowning luffy he would do stupid shits like bounced in between some building and get stuck or get trick by Mingo's double again.

wtf god mode? he did basically no damage to mingo, he got up from that punch wonder wtf happened to him, if he were hurting he wouldn't be wondering, he would be vomiting blood, and then got drop kicked in the face but that only pissed him off even more. remember Mingo just almost died from Law's attack, he's basically half dead, and luffy can't put a half dead Mingo away. Luffy's far from god mode.

he got up on his feet before luffy can get another hit on him, that shows how much damage he didn't give a shit. and then leap in mid air after luffy drop kick him in the face and hit luffy right back. Wah happened to him when he got hit by law's attack? he was lifeless for a while on the floor.

badly enough for him to need to repair himself internally, you know i am right, Mingo's armament haki is stronk, and luffy has nothing but physical attacks. Ming is never ganna get beat down by raw power if he can take luffy's gear4 and get back up over and over like it's nothing. I'm not arguing that luffy's gear4 is weak, i'm arguing that it's far from god like. It's not weak because Mingo choose to dodge it now instead of blocking everything luffy throw at him with his face like he did before.

Well I'm with rei here. Not to said Doffy took zero dmg, but usually our main antagonists need to take a lot more beatings before going down, so in comparison last chapter for Doffy wasn't so bad. So yah imo the guy probably have sth up his sleep that drag for 2-3 more chapters or sth.

I called your trolling garbage, not you, please read, you should be at least better than Forikorder when it comes to language. Additionally, Doflamingo didn't choose to block a drop kick with his face. Maybe the proof you are going to show involves going so fast that Doflamingo loses track of him, and then gets dropped kicked from a blind spot? Or maybe you think Doflamingo going "!?" right before getting dropkicked implies he did it on purpose?
