It's almost certainly a very short flashback of Law and Luffy discussing their plans before arriving to Dressrosa (or rather Law discussing with Luffy not paying attention). That's what those bubbles with lines are usually for. | ||

I'm guessing the tears of mansherry will help Law come back, however it will be at the price of whatever the healing fruit's flaw is. This is some serious, serious hype. I'm really, really pumped. | ||

Ok, maybe some other hard hitters could be stronger then him, like the other admirals, Akainu, Shanks, big mum or Hawkeyes or even Majellan but.. fucking hell his expert use of his DF with so many moves and skills plus his expert use of Haki and pure evilness makes him the baddest mofo in this story until now! I so want him to die or atleast get fucking destroyed.. | ||
