It's almost certainly a very short flashback of Law and Luffy discussing their plans before arriving to Dressrosa (or rather Law discussing with Luffy not paying attention). That's what those bubbles with lines are usually for.

Law didn't see dead to me, though close enough to the brink of death. It would be just like Doflamingo to fake something like that, remember that he also wants the power of immortality.

I'm guessing the tears of mansherry will help Law come back, however it will be at the price of whatever the healing fruit's flaw is.

This is some serious, serious hype. I'm really, really pumped.

Law is ganna give luffy the immortality surgery before he dies, and luffy will get his ass beat the shit out of him but wouldn't die, and then zoro try to get there but ran the wrong direction and ended up in the middle of no where, the rest of the strawhats got there and all got their asses kicked. and Sabo will save the day.

I very much doubt that Law will use the immortality surgery on Luffy it might be possible if he uses it against Luffy's will but I still doubt it. But Sabo still saves the day.

Besides Akainu and Whitebeard i think DD is the strongest fighter we've seen.

Ok, maybe some other hard hitters could be stronger then him, like the other admirals, Akainu, Shanks, big mum or Hawkeyes or even Majellan but.. fucking hell his expert use of his DF with so many moves and skills plus his expert use of Haki and pure evilness makes him the baddest mofo in this story until now!

I so want him to die or atleast get fucking destroyed..

No chance of Luffy going immortal. We all know he isn't going to die anyway but you at least need the possibility to give the fake illusion of suspense in the story.

pretty sure law is dead, he got shot full of bullets and lost an arm with an open wound that streams out blood, and he lost most of his blood. The only thing he wants is to screw Mingo over, and the only thing he can do at this point is to give luffy the immortality surgery to insure luffy live long enough to screw Mingo. how can you not see this logic?
