Quincies absorb reishi. Reiatsu is what comes streaming out of Zaraki and Ichigo when they go badass mode. So basically, reiatsu is an outward application of one's power (that is, the use of Reiryoku - energy), meaning the doggy's bankai is just pure power (if you will). This matches the claim that he has "immeasurable power" because that only way he could create a walking, moving active reiatsu is if he were able to output immense amounts of reiryoku and constantly keep changing it to create motion. Basically, his reiryoku is 100% utilised and detached from his body. Freaky. Either way.. YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAH BOY GROUCHO MARX IS F'ING SH*T UP! P.S. There must some kind of cinderella explanation for this like he can only use it for X amount of time and has to wait Y long before he can use it again.
