The last word is probably "Hollow", but that could also refer to that Ichigo is a "Vaizard" rather than his mother being a hollow. But I agree that it would be possible... | ||

Sorry but I don't see how it is the manga equivalent given that there are no flashy frames or explosions, but rather just pages of pure, brown, unadulterated shit. That was a theory when one chapter ended with the cliffhanger of Aizen saying "You are the son a Shinigami and a ...", but the next chapter started with a recap saying "You are the son of a human and a ..." So Ichigo is the son of a human and shinigami. | ||

On onemanga someone said "So the Hyougyoku is made of troll." Which pretty much sums it up. It's something that grants wishes or desires. Really weak way to make the plot work, just going for the simplest of all made-up explanations. | ||
