Xhilerating, wasn't it?

It rapidly went downhill after that. The Soul-Society arc really got me addicted to the series. I accidentally started watching during my exams, and I didn't study a whole lot because of it. Hey, I had 100 episodes to watch!

The typical cliche... princess in distress, bring out inner power to save friends, typical sneering villain talk.>.> Now I don't mind cliches, but this is done so terribly I can't smile. Oh yea, the nice white backgrounds again.

It's all about promotion. Lil Wayne sucks giant dick. However his promotion team are godly.

Summary of the chapter:
Ginjo: I'm going to kick your ass. Ichigo: Please, no.

Wow, I just read it, and it was actually sort of interesting...I'll just good to get out of this pithole of repetitiveness...he's got his fullbring or w/e, moving on! What's with that exaggerated pinstriped suit though lol

Yeah but he calls himself out on it so... wait... F***!
Not the first time he'll have 'got away' with something stupid by making it... urg... it makes plot sense, which is why my brain is reacting so violently to it. This is Bleach! WHAT?!
You know what? I can accept this. It isn't a flashback to before the manga started, about 2 characters we hardly care about and the history of their godamn fist-bump.
Ichigo gets his ass kicked the way we've wanted him to for a while, then goes super-saiyen in the traditional Bleach fashion. (This also happened in everyone's beloved Save-Rukia arc, the difference being which Damsel was in distress, and how real the threat to them was.)
Like... really I think it is time to go back and re-read through that whole arc, because I'm starting to think nostalgia and/or people's self-defense mechanisms are demanding that Bleach had to be amazing at some point, but complain about over-use of cliches... like... lets say a damsel in distress in a giant tower? Because from where I'm sitting that, and length is basically the difference between this chapter and that arc.
Now while you all rage at me, I'll go read the Rukia arc.

even if this chapter was pretty predictable, i thought it was good, pretty brutal.

That was the sole purpose of it all... He was purposely being a sterotypical villian to convince Ichigo that all he cared about was gonna be destroyed if he didn't do something.

LOL ... he even said himself at the end that he was being a clichéd villain...i.e. lampshade hanging, if I remember the term correctly

Yeah this is the ultimate in predictability from Bleach.
That said, the ending was still pretty badass.

I enjoyed it. I wonder what his complete fullbring powers are...
|
I hate the manga! It sucks, leaving hollows and everything behind. It's like it never happend.

Are you kidding me? Ofc it's just getsuga tenshou, the original or a clone of it.

I see the argument, but really hollows started off as a multiple-chapter each, intelligent enemy, then Ishida gets introduced and poof! they are mindless drones without any sort of personal motivation etc. in the form of cannon fodder.
I guess its kinda hard to miss the cannon fodder... I _do_ miss the original hollows though.

I don't even read the text anymore. I just scroll right through the pictures and pretty much get the gist.

so is ichigo perma blinded now?

Whenever I see the OP of this thread, I still giggle manically at how funny the new edit was in light of Ichigo losing his powers.

Yeah this chapter was actually good because it answered questions instead of making them! His new form looks kind of weird, but whatever.
I suppose Bleach spends about as much time on humor as One Piece does, the difference is I don't really like Bleach's humor
