Yes, the plot has been set up and I do think it is being developed nicely to a potential climax soon enough, but it is inevitable at this point to think in some scenes (Theon for example) "Ok, we get it, can we move forward a little bit?". And I'm not even talking about being disturbed by violence.
My biggest fear is (not having read the books) something big is going to happen in the last 2 episodes or so and we will have to wait another year to see the results. For the same reason I think S4 probably will be the best season out of the 4.
Well correct me If I'm wrong but haven't they clearly shown that this is how every season will end ?
Hope the Theon scenes end soon because they are pretty boring imo.

Btw:
In addition to a lifetime impotence, Eunuchs often suffered incontinence. They aren't able to control their bladder very well and often wet their bed and clothes
Must be smelly as hell in that unsullied army, poor Daenerys

Not if they keep the stem I think. If you lose it all, yeah, it would be a problem.
Hope Theon dies. More interested in the events in the East, as well as the political intrigue going on with the royal family. also loved how the Hand of the King put The King in his place. Well done. Loved King G expression- like it took him a min. to realize he just got verbally beat.
I'm still confused about the bolton bastard and theon torture scenes. it all seems highly unnecessary and theon isn't really a character to care about anymore. perhaps he is actually going to escape? Otherwise, why spend so much time with these scenes if hes a dead end character about to die.
Remember that the narrative was originally in PoV format. The only way we can find out about anything happening anywhere is to see it through the eyes of someone who was there. We might not care much about Theon but he is our eyes into what's going on in the north with all the limitations to our knowledge that that implies.

Aww that's too bad, looks like you'll just have to wait or, you know, pay for it or something, I hear some people do that for things they like.
Because a starving student has the means to purchase an expensive channel that will get watched an hour per week. Tool.
I'm really digging the chemistry between Jon Snow and Yggrette.
I was hoping for a lot more in the Lion versus Bear showdown. I was hoping for Jaime to steal someones sword and show everyone he's still handy as a lefty.

This episode had a very slow pace and I'm a bit disappointed. I don't like the whole situation with Jamie, Brienne and lord Bolton. While Jamie's actions can be explained with his weird moral code I completely don't understand lord Bolton.

Case in point a couple of pages back one guy "predicted" that Theon would get a la Varys and sure enough he did.
Honestly I would stay far away from this thread if you are watching the series. Some guys "predicted" the whole story arc of the season some pages ago.

Many of the Northerners have lost faith in Robb Stark. He married a foreign women (not cool) and has subsequently lost focus on the war effort somewhat. In addition to this, the growing discontent lead to Lord Karstark losing his head. Bolton is just trying to cover all of his bases, so in the case the North loses the war (they have less men and less gold), he will be in good standing with the Lannisters. Catlyn said it best to Robb in season 2: "Treat your vows recklessly and so will your men".

Saying people's predictions are correct doesn't help anything.
I also remember someone posting a few pages back nonchalantly about how both theon and varys are eunichs, long before the episode aired.
I'm done with this thread. Was fun reading through it, but I'm going to read the books once I'm done school so I can read the other thread.
Guys, don't spoil or predict too much based on little evidence. Seriously. People don't like it and it just makes you a dick.
Additionally there is an amazing female vocalized 'Rains of Castermere' somewhere on youtube, will edit and post when I find it again because it is beyond beautiful. I looked into the meaning of this song (which I don't recommend you do unless you want stuff spoilered) and it is so sad.
