Jamie knew of this and had the choice of saving the entire city and sacrificing his honor, or serving a madman and allowing the city to be burned to the ground (along with his father). He killed Aerys and ended up an unsung hero. | ||

Jaime is known as the Kingslayer because during the Rebellion which made Robert (the dead to a Boar king) king, he was kingsguard to who was known as the Mad King. What he more or less explained was that during the last few moments of the rebellion, as Robert was marching to take Kings landing, Lord Tywin was planning on betraying the Mad King to take on the winning side and open the gates, but then the Mad King started talking about burning the entire city by Wildfire and asked of Jaime, His kingsguard, to go kill his father. At which point he did the only sensible thing and killed the Pyromancer and the Mad king, but as he did that it more or less branded him permanently as the Kingslayer. Oh and you swear to be Kingsguard for life, which makes it a bit ironic that he has the title and remained kingsguard. He's basically opening up to her about the whole thing hoping she might stop seeing him as the "oathbreaker"/ Kingslayer. | ||

From that moment on I realized Jaime is a lot more complex of a character than I gave him credit for in season 1 and most of season 2. | ||

Some people prefer slender women, even bony/frail women. If she indeed is a scout that would mean long treks, in harsh lands. She would have zero fat, and her musculature would be very lean, much like a distance runners. I happened to look at her body(saying 99% were too busy with her boobs is silly, men look at everything they can on a woman, if it's there to see), and while obviously not the "marathon runner" body type she was definitely not too skinny. She did have muscles. However I must admit complaining about an actress not looking like an athlete is pretty silly. | ||
