Why rely on the Hound? He has done nothing but scaring her

She did end up going with him in the end though, right?

While I'm not entirely sure either (I might've missed something), I think Cersei or Joffery might have ordered the guy to kill Tyrion in the middle of battle. I actually didn't notice it was a kingsgaurd at first, but if that's the case it could have just been someone who was really pissed Tyrion exiled the previous leader of the kingsgaurd. It's either that or Cersei commanded the guy to do it if he got the chance. Joffery may hate Tyrion, but he's not smart enough to plan it out like that.
The guy Tyrion exiled (Janos Slynt) was the commander of the city watch.

I believe it was Ser Maron(?) the guy Tyrion threatened to kill if he talked again.

He is a knight of the kingsguard tho, and all of them were wearing helmets.

I still cant get this image of castin drago. "so he is a copper skin, black hair, deep eyes barbarian looking kinda guy, who did you said was playing conan again?"

Btw, anyone here that knows if the "Stannis theme" has a name? I've heard the song in the background a few times during his POV, I can't remember if the use it for other scenes aswell. It's the song that is playing in the beginning of this episode when they are sailing in the dark etc.

sick episode and good twist, tyrion is not dead lol in game of thrones is someone dies they fucking die(beheaded, throat slashed, blade threw the eye). What puzzles me is if tywin`s army went back to kings landing what about robb`s march to kings landing, surely robb now has an amazing position for taking kings landing with pure numbers and have the lannisters boxed in to the castle.

Also, that part where Cersei just randomly stabs Loras is pretty amusing. She stabbed him? I thought he was the guy who got hit by an arrow, and Cersei pushed him where his arrow wound was. I guess the stabbing would be more reasonable though. She pushed him. No stabbing. that did not seem like a push lol, he falls down and starts squealing in pain
he got shot with an arrow before than, and cersei push him in the same place. arrow head proabably was still in him at the time.

Well don't forget that the lannisters now have support from the Tyrells, and those should be pretty strong (altough we don't know exacly how many of them there are at king's landing). Then count Tywin's troups with that + the protection of the actual city walls.
(remember tyrion saying this episode that KL's has never been breached, and we all know that the last time it got taken over (by Robert) it was because of the betrayal of the lannisters)
Even if robb would be able to march on KL, I don't feel like he would be in that good of a position.
Overall I feel like everyone is on pretty equal footing, except for Stannis.

Stannis seems pretty fucked IMO... lol unless he managed to escape.

I think she realized that the hound is just a good person with a very calloused heart so she decided to trust him.

Did anyone catch what happened to Stannis? Was that his guards taking him away (to safety) or was that the lanister's guard imprisoning him?

It was his own men forcing him to flee back to the ships.
he got shot with an arrow before than, and cersei push him in the same place. arrow head proabably was still in him at the time. No need for the arrow to be there, it was a fresh wound. It hurts when someone strikes you right at the same place.

Does anyone know info on swords and whatnot. If so is it that easy to cut limbs and stuff off as they were making it out to be in the battle?

There is a comment about Varys "knowing all the boys names" by Tyrion. It seems like it might be a reference to him being a possible pedophile but I would assume being a eunuch that it might mean something else. I thought it might be because he knows everything going on so of course he knows the names of all the boys serving but that seems pretty tame.
My wife thought there were other references earlier to this but I don't remember them. Any one else have any insight into that exchange?
