That way no one gets spoiled, and I'll do my best not to spoil anything in the books (released or un-released since Martin has read some new chapters at various cons and people have taken good notes of those readings). | ||

If questions come up that will get answered later in the series, then how about you tell them that their will get answered later in the series? How about that? It's a series where the story evolves across multiple episodes, guess what, questions will arise that get answered way later and not a show where every episode stands for its own. :| | ||

I'll use a Harry Potter analogy. Obviously if significant plot devices are revealed in later books, and a thread is on an earlier book, how can the people who've read the later books be trusted to be disciplined in the discussion? Frankly I simply wouldn't trust anyone to be disciplined enough. This is like someone reading Book 6 or 7 and blatantly spoiling people who just started reading Book 1. Just look at the people who couldn't contain themselves with Episode 7 spoilers. Seriously, I have very low expectations with people being disciplined, and that's why I don't feel book readers should even be in this thread. *Note, unless HBO does this again (early episode release), I agree, we can probably do away with the spoiler tag if the discussion remains on solely with what has aired. Period. | ||
