I couldnt hear much through the whispering, mostly the "Promise me Ned" part It's not quite EXACTLY confirmed, we didn't hear everything she said to Ned. While I'm pretty sure it's L + R = J as advertised, I am very certain the piece that Bran could not hear contained something additional that was extremely important that we will learn about next year.

More to the point, why did she need one? *dramatic pulling off mask* "BEHOLD THE FACE OF YOUR TRUE ENEMY" "yeah, we've never met" Arya doesn't need a mask to be anonymous. Just kill people with your regular face. Nobody expects you to be an assassin. Also if you're going to immediately kill him afterwards then why bother with the whole sons pie thing, just tell him you killed his kids and baked them into a pie and tricked him into eating them and then kill him, actually baking the pie is over-committing to the whole thing, he's not gonna care, he'll be dead.

rest of the episode was good though, beautiful music choices and great story progression.

I don't think they have to go in and check out a face from the library.

Yeah, people have to know that Robert HATES Targaryens with a passion. This is the same guy that claims he dreams about killing Rhaegar every night. The same guy that fucked over Stannis, his brother, because Stannis wasn't able to stop the ship carrying Daenerys and Viserys, I found this to be VERY cool. A nice symbolism to the prophecy too When Ned runs up into the tower he lays a sword at the foot of the bed. You can clearly see it's Arthur Dayne's sword, Dawn, by the mark on the pommel. One of the signs of The Prince That Was Promised is his coming would be heralded by a "bleeding star". In this case, it's Lyanna's bloody blankets. Although it's said Ned returned the sword to House Dayne it's still pretty cool symbolism since the sword was supposedly forged from a piece of a fallen star. Not sure if the sword will play any further role in the show but something I noticed.

I've no idea, I just find the idea of her using another face of a young girl for anonymity dumb because she already has the face of a young girl on all the time and it's a pretty anonymous one. She could just go around as Arya and nobody would give her a second glance.

I would have to agree. The death of Walder was very unsatisfying and felt kind of tacked on in the midst of so many other things happening in this finale. It would've worked a lot better in the season 7 premiere.

Well if I am going rage mode and assassinate several top figures in Westeros why dont use that exceptional ability to change faces, what wouldnt make sense is not to use it.

I disagree. It may have been the more satisfying that seeing Ramsey eaten by his own dogs.
