Cersi is so cocky its really annoying like i can see her plan to shame the tyrell but com'on her plan makes no sense intial aim: Shame the tyrell family and like revenge for being meanies 1) starts a religous army with weapons and can kind bully the king 2) get loras and magergy arrested 3) Tyrells are sad  ....wtf does she think is gonna happen next, tyrells are gonna be super pissed, u have no money, no real army, no food and now no allies. What the fuck is she actually achieving aside from a "fuck you" to the tyrells. Maybe she'll have more control over Tommen but whats tommen gonna rule if theres nothing left. Also wtf tommen is an incest kid and it even seems like those poor religous fanatics know about it...????? I hope lady Oenna just crushes all of kings landing with an army and saves Loras and margery | ||

I literally thought that big black dude was going to kill someone either jamie/bron or one of the snake girls. They also dont seem that impressive i can see a common horseman losing to jamie cause jamie got that metal hand surprise on him. But the one who was 1v1 with him shouldnt she have killed him pretty quickly? He still sucks right... while bron is a super badass taking two on one Also Myrcella and the prince being in love god thats troublesome and also problem solving, if jamie comes to understand that his daughter is perfectly fine there and also wants to be there (prince doesnt seem like a douche maybe a bit horny but guess that genetic with him being dornish even tried to defend his wife) I hope thats the case that way, jamie lives, bron maybe gets treatment for his wound (no way they show that cut unless it means something + the whole oberyn daughter thing) Im starting to consider Bron to the best along with his skills and streetsmart (i guess thats what u call it?) also he has common sense very useful | ||

And Kings Landing + Lannisters doesn't really have much now being debt + the death of Tywin and absence of Jamie + she was convinced by Littlefinger that Boltons already betrayed them (even if its not). Cersei wants to get rid of the Tyrells as subtle as possible from the public. | ||

He confronted her about jamei/kids and she kills the King to salvage the situation. Now Olenna confronts her and she has the Queen taken captive to salvage the alliance. So long as the cult (and thus Cersei since she looks to be very much in charge still) has both Margery and her brother Olenna cant make any open moves without them dying. Taking hostages was the only way Cersei could 'save' the alliance. Ofcourse like everything else it will backfire in her face at some point and she is fast running out of ways to save her skin but for now it makes sense in a stupid 'Cersei thinks she knows everything best' way. | ||

He's conflicted about who he should obey, and becomes kind of impotent from that. Cersei can very easily exert influence over him. The faith militant is, obviously, a way for Cersei to retain power despite losing queenhood, and she uses them to try to marginalize the Tyrells and keep them out of power in a de facto way, without giving them grounds to abandon the alliance (her ability to achieve this, as we see from the Olenna scene, isn't guaranteed). The religious fanatics, or at any rate their leader, are probably grateful enough to Cersei for arming them and increasing their power, that they're willing to avert their gaze from her family's crimes. So, her plan makes a lot of sense; she's just trying to increase/maintain her power and influence as always. | ||

Then again, maybe this is the season where we do get rid of at least 3 female lead roles in the show. Or it is the Cersei-digs-her-own-grave-season. Would certainly hope for the Tyrells to go to war. Also the scenes in the garden with the dance-fighting were - well, I would have hoped for something with a bit more substance in such a beautiful location after seeing it in the behind-the-scenes episodes. Maybe we will get to see it again next week though, possibly with a wedding  | ||
