+ Show Spoiler + IIRC she's only bald for a short while tho, right? I don't remember her being bald in the later parts of the story. Just that her hair burned off. In that case they'll probably just ignore it.

That's weird. I found her incredibly annoying in the books, but think the portrayal of her on tv is almost perfect and a lot more enjoyable.

I took a wild guess it would really emphasise her resistance to flames and I would definitely like to see it done on screen, regardless if her hair actually grows back later (which I thought it wouldn't for some reason) or no.

Edit: Sorry misread Just so that this post is not entirely useless I will say, that I really enjoy the show so far. What is deviating from my immagination is, that the Mountain has to be MUCH taller and the Hound has to be much uglier. (Yes, I like addition of House Clegane in the books, but if I start thinking too much I can't decide what characters are the coolest/best - just everything is so sound and perfect in the books)

And they can make the armies band crowds bigger. Look at the crowds in Spartacus...they are all added later and makes it look much more realistic. The hand tourney looked so tiny...not at all like I imagined it. And then there is ghost....he needs to be in more scenes to help show the tie between him and Jon. That is all nitpicky and I love the show.

Agreed, from the start with her treatment of J Snow I didn't like her very much. I think the actress is doing a good job with the role so far

I dig the whole mama bear protectiveness thing, and her eyes are kind of deep. I also liked her in the books. We're heavily in the minority though, judging by some of the posts here.

I forgot his name though (too long ago^^) but he's the mercenary who goes with tyrion^^ i love him, i hope they portray him correct. caant wait ° He allready did. Bronn is the guy that sells his room to Tyrion when he is in the inn. In my mind i portrayed him much younger but the books have him about the same as he appears in the show. Appearance wise anyway.

Watching the show gives me some deja vu but I still get surprised at the stuff that happens. It's weird because I usually remember books well; I think it's the soap opera style of the series that makes it easy to forget stuff. Yeah, I had to read the summaries of the Chapters at "The Tower of the Hand" to get my facts straight again. That I read the books in English and not German (I was not as good as I am today) did only intensify this maze George and time created.
