Margaery's personality is very good. I dunno, but it's super cute and attractive. And her smile, she's just a person I'd like to be successful, even though her kingdom may not be too kind.

But I agree, the character of Ygritte is quite appealing.
Women behaving like rough men always get lots of attention, simply because they are so rare.

Missandei is a real contender for the title of the hottest in my book. In terms of looks, Daenerys is next, but due to arrogance not girlfriend material  Margery is very sweet. I still believe she will use her manipulative skills for the good.
Ygritte ... I don't like how she needs to constantly insult and ridicule Jon and narrow-mindedly emphasize how her culture is better than his. Five minutes of that and I would walk away.
As far as strong female wildlings go, I'd definitely prefer Osha.
