Ok, I read in the brief spoiler they gave for next episode that masuka "refuses to admit to what he saw on thanksgivings". Im thinking, what could that be? Well, he came in from outside and seemed adamant that he had to leave, then spent the night drinking. Dexters shed was trashed. What if Masuka was snooping around for shits and giggles, and fell upon dexters blood slide?!?!
srsly what is that neighbor guy always doing over there trying to get with Rita?(ironic that it's the same guy who made a crack about not letting people steal our women in the Vandal episode). That pissed me off. Also, Masuka's shirt was amazing

uh no he saw rita kissing the neighbour
Oh That shoots my theory down. I was shooting ahead to get through the angel scenes and blipped over some of the others accidentally. hehe
I'll get more excited about the ending of the last episode if they tie everything together in a way that makes sense. Just because she is his daughter doesn't mean anything to me.
so, i really like the idea that report chick killed lundy. eariler in the ep it was said that she had info for stories that she didnt get from deb or her cop boyfriend. sooo that could leave she was just in on the whole thing, even his son called him a killer, so he might have known aswell, if the family knows then his 'free' daughter may aswell, and she is exploiting this to further her reporting career,
No matter how lazy the writing has/will become, this show always has MCH. The dinner scene was fucking mesmerizing. "You think you're a monster? Let me show YOU a monster." Fuck!

He lost control of his emotions because of what Trinity was doing to his family. Its not hard to believe that a psychotic killer could lose control and freak out in front of people. I think his reaction was completely reasonable given the circumstances.

yeah I was surprised by that too.. But then again he has been wanting to kill Arthur for quite a while now so I guess seeing him treat his family like that caused him to lose it.
This episode was amazing. Loved the plot-twist at the end.. I would never have suspected the reporter.

And I agree the dinner scene was amazingly well done. Really great acting on everyone's part.

He's more careful than that and he's not psychotic he's a psychopath.
like many I was WTF when he went for the kill of trinity, in the heat of emotion he probably misscalculated how much his family would care about him dying
It's pretty easy to see why Dexter snapped. Trinity was supposed to represent what Dexter could ultimately achieve. Dexter was supposed to learn how to blend in on the long term from Trinity who had it all perfect, but the more he learns, the more he gets afraid that he'll never be able to hide his dark passenger from his family without becoming like Trinity. This, mixed with what was happening in front of him, seems to be a feasible explanation for why he exploded the way he did. Trinity would have probably killed his son there on the spot.
