That being said. + Show Spoiler + I seriously cannot see the purpose of the incest plotline. Like from a storyline standpoint, what interesting direction could they take with that? None, really. If anything I feel like it might mean they are killing off Deb somehow, and maybe they have Dexter realize something retarded like how much he really cared about Deb after that, because I can't see any writing staff seriously considering prolonging some brother/sister romantic plot line because they think it will interest the viewers. It must fail in some spectacle fashion which I can only imagine is Deb dying, since Dexter dying when he is the whole damn point of the show. | ||

I feel like Deb is love or hate, I suppose the same would be said of Doakes, but really where else could they be going with it? I can't think of anywhere else, or to what ends this stupid plot line could be aiming. | ||

Anyway, I just hope they're not taking the easy way out and killing her in the season finale. I'd much prefer if she finally finds out about Dexters secret(s). Killing Harrison would be good for the show I think. Daddy-Dexter is boring. | ||

Anyway, if the writer's are saying something game changing is going to happen, it's likely going to have something to do with Harrison. On one hand I can't see them killing a child on the show, but on the other hand I actually kind of can since Harrison's affect on Dexter can still be done without any actual screen time. I'm also still pissed that Anderson's only point in the show so far is to say one bullshit line, and then he's done for the day. | ||
