Pre TS naruto was so good . I remember having feels almost every end of an arc and when 3rd hokage died i almost cried.
Maybe the real kishimoto has been replaced by a impostor since i don't see the pre-TS naruto qualities anymore. The dark + hope feeling the show gave. And when the show did not follow the pop culture of zombies.
Alright does "became horrible" do ?

Naruto is jesus, no one still understand sasuke even before the end of the manga, sakura is still useless and i wonder why there is no black market for the eyes, it seems easy to manipulate them
and soon madara will say that in fact the manga is written by himself, and not kishimoto

Pre TS was a wonderfully planned out and executed story.
After that Kishi was going halfway for the Pain is the final boss ending and decided then that he needed to live off Naruto for 5-10 years longer and brought Madara in.
If you look closely you can see the stitches. First stitches from the top of my head would be Tobi's introduction and goes on with every loose end that was not or could not be resolved by the time Naruto fought Pain.

seems likely, he would have sasuke turn into a good guy before the pain fight and have them fight pain together, with sage mode naruto representing harishma and sasuke with the super eyes representing madara and their union representing peace for konoha or something
definitely agree that there were some boring parts of post shippudden naruto due to poor planning (naruto stuck in that stupid island is one, i didnt like sasuke collecting team members but I know other people did, the whole war arc was very forced also) however the good parts are just as good as old naruto was.

Also wth teamwork team 7? Kakashi has become utterly useless without his Sharingan and Sakura is weaker than Rock Lee. How can she ever be of any help. Not even her healing powers have any use left now.

Oh wow I remember that magazine cover from ages ago. Has it actually been memeed? I can still get enjoyment outta Naruto, I just don't take it seriously and laugh with random plothole / Aizen etc (actually like almost everything).
I mean they are basically fighting with that "Creation of all things" power so yeah, why not materialise a new eye?
